Purchased a living room set from Flexsteel about two years ago and noticed before the one year warranty was up that the fabric was wearing out very quickly. We had a flexsteel representative come out and he determined that the fabric was wearing quickly and had the furniture recovered. We spent several hundred dollars extra when we chose the new fabric which supposedly had a much higher wear resistance. Again after less than a year the material started to wear quickly. We again called the representative out and he took an arm cover that had very little wear as an example. We finally got an answer that they refused to remedy the problem. We took the complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the company refused to recover the furniture after several months of waiting. Please do not buy from this company because they are purchasing their material from China and it seems to be a very poor quality.
