Flagstar Bank review: Told I could remove an account holder, then told I was wrong

I have called time and time again trying to figure out issue I have with my account. I get told one thing by one manager and then told I was given incorrect information. Your employees don't know anything about the bank they are running, not even the managers. I was with Wells Fargo for over 10 years with no issue. Now I have to deal with Flagstar, which is a worthless bank who tells there customers false information and makes them runaround just to get something completed with their own personal accounts. Me along with the rest of my family will be leave this bank as there is no reason to stay and continue to deal with the terrible customer service we receive every time we try to deal with an issue. The manager at this particular bank is at fault for telling me I could take someone off my account one way on Friday and then tell me Saturday morning she was wrong and I was misinformed. This was just the last stray for me and my family.
