We have had nothing but the run around from corporate since our franchisee went out of business. They claim that the lifetime warranty died with the franchisee going out of business. The problem we are having is rust coming from the installed shelves and seat. The rust means water is getting in around the fixtures. This means we are probably getting mold also. Would not recommend doing business with this company.
Desired outcome: Would like the shelves fixed and for the company to prove to me that there is no mold behind the shower.
