To begin, I did not order! My son did at least a year ago! I made a down payment and then nothing happened! No communication from company! No installation, nada! Contacted company to cancel order and refund my $$$$! Supposedly, according to person on phone, they had my order and would look into it! Never heard back! Unfortunately I have no order number as they never communicated with me!

Claimed loss: $25,000

Desired outcome: Refund!!!
