10/15/2024 Incident: Disappointed Customer: Since October 2024 when bath remodel completed the job, I noticed that the sliding glass door was missing an additional towel bar which was my concern since I am an elderly customer and need that bar for safety reasons due to my arthritis. I have been getting the run around and have called various times, left text messages, and called the office that I will pay for the sliding glass doors with towel bar. I still have not received a call. The contractor no longer works with Five Star and I have been trying to contact the owner or manager. This was an expensive bath remodel, and the product is under warranty for life. I am not able to get this done elsewhere as it will void the warranty. I am stuck.
