Pool Paint Screen, LLC did a real good job on our pool cage. They were real professional and paid attention to all the little details. Their customer service was top notch too. We're real happy with the work they did.

Pool paint screen LLC did my pool cage on April 11, 2022 and said it had a 5 year warranty. But after less than 1 month, the paint started peeling off in a bunch of places. Plus, there was a hole that wasn't covered by the screen and now bugs and stuff can get in. I told the company on May 6th and they said they'd come out the week of May something but they never did. Then on June 6th they were supposed to come but I wasn't home and they didn't give me another day. I called on July 6th and the guy said he'd text me a day but he never did. On August 11th I asked if I was ever scheduled and on Aug 12th they said they'd come the next Saturday but they didn't. On Aug 17th they said they'd come that Saturday and I sent them pictures of the peeling paint and hole like they asked. But on Aug 19th they cancelled and said it was because of rain. I texted on Aug 27th asking if they were coming but they didn't answer. On Aug 30th I told them I was gonna complain to the ComplaintsBoard.com.

t was worth every penny. Highly recommend Pool Paint Screen, LLC for all your pool needs. They know what they're doing and they do it right. The only thing is that they could of cleaned up a little better after the job was done, but it's not a big deal. Overall, very satisfied with their work and will definitely use them again in the future.

They did a pretty good job. They showed up on time, and finished most of the work on time. They fixed things that needed to be fixed right away while they were on the job. At first, I was really happy and thought it was going to go really well. A few days after the crew left, there was some small work that needed to be done. That was June 12. They came a couple times to finish up some things. But they kept missing 2 spots that were on the list. Even though I reminded them many times, they didn't fix it. It's been 6 weeks and it's still there, not fixed. It's too bad because they did a good job at first. But they messed up at the end. Now I'm worried about their warranty.
