Sales person and owner was very nice at presentation. Installation was good to a point, however they missed that because this was a small bathroom, that Glass doors were not going to work because of toilet and door was. When they realized this, the owner told me to lost his phone number. There was no way to use door or a glass panel and have escape room. Needless to say, that I was not going to pay for a shower door and installation of it. Error was their fault since they claim to be professional.

11/3/23- I’ve been emailing & calling about a warranty issue since June 2023. I’ve called about 12 times since. Every rep claims they’ll send my contact info & details about my issue to the warranty department & they will contact me. NO ONE has ever called me back. It’s quite insulting to spend over 10k on a shower remodel, have issues after 3-4 years & have no one call me back regarding warranty issues. Buyer beware, the lifetime warranty is not supported by Five Star Bath Solutions.

Five star bath does not respond to complaints! They did a wonderful job on the shower and surround. The rest. total crap. I provides the new woodwork as I wanted something different that what they provided. They put it up but didn't bother to fill in the nail holes. Caulkin, Sloppy as sloppy. Had to take an exacto- knife and remove most of it. They provided very few flooring choices and wouldn't look for others. I have hated the floor since they put it down so I paid to have it replaced. As in $1000 just to lay it.. No I didn't have 5star do it. A few days ago a can of hairspray was dropped on the counter and it cracked. I called the company as I was told the work was guaranteed. I was told they would get back to me. After two weeks, they haven't..

So, here is what I have done besides replacing the floor. I have contacted the BBB and given 5 star a scathing review, not the first. I have left them several bad bad reviews on their sight with no response. I have now contacted "Gephardt" at channel 5 news. We'll see what that does.

So, you see this is not a responsible company regardless of a few reviews to the contrary. My next step is to sue their butts off. . Take heed!

Bathroom remodel was supposed to be finished on Feb 4th 2022 and they did not start the remodel until March 28th 2022 They just continue to lie to me so on June 2022 I asked them not to come back and I just want the $9200.00 that they required me to put down back so that I can get my bathroom redone This was supposed to be a two day remodel and it ended up four months and still not finished

This enclosure was installed in August after waiting for six weeks to have it cut precisely. Within a month the door has settled so much that it will not close properly.

The only way to get the door to close is to push the side glass back from the top and then close the door.

This was part of a complete bathroom remodel that cost in the neighborhood of $28,000.

In July of 2021 came to my house to install a shower. The end result of the project was something else.

When you look at shower it is slanting. The shelving that was suppose to be tilted a little for water to run off. One shelf is tilted and others are not. The slip resistance application started to peel in a week. The silicone chaulking is very bad. They sent in a person that was hire for quality control he said "I would not put this in my house". Great they never did anything. Now a little over a year the bottom feels squishy and full of water. What to do now?

5 star bath solutions life time warranted shower installation. Shower was installed in 2017. When the shower door to shower was open it shattered causing a big gash in wall with glass everywhere.

I've contacted 5 Star Bath Solutions for help trying to get someone either contact me or to get the door replaced. I've been calling and leaving messages since the week of the 4th of July 2021. I was told that they would have to contact the sales person at my location. They say they continue to leave messages but he refuses to call or respond to their left messages.

They hire amateurs. Not sure if it's good or bad, but it shouldn't be like this. Absolutely anyone can come to your house, can say he/she's from Five Star Bath Solutions and then.. think whatever you want.
I called them as I had some troubles with my bath. A young man arrived, looked through everything with a very smart face and said he needs to write something down. When he went outside his car didn't remind me that he was from the company, like he just came from his house to mine. Probably, he was just good at plumbing, but I am not sure he had a license or whatever he needed to have the right to the job. So that's why I think he was an amateur. After he left I called the company to make sure they sent him. Yes, they did. But I won't change my mind.
At least it's not professional. At worst, it may be even dangerous.
