Five Star Bath Solutions review: Best business owner ever

Sure I had a few problems at first, but the owner herself got involved and had them tear it all out and re-do it. My walk in shower is one of the best things I have ever done and was lucky I had an honest company owner who personally took charge of the all situations and fix everything that I ask her to do.

I don't understand some of the complaints I have read here as all you had to do is contact her, in fact I didn't even have to contact her, she contacted me and ask how things were going and when I told what I thought was not right, she ordered it corrected. Her name is Ms. Cox and as I am not repeat not related to her I was proud that she kept the Cox name in highest esteem. I would do business with this owner anytime and would be sure that the end product would be excellent.
