Five Star Bath Solutions review: Communication issues

I had the rep come out to show me samples and discuss a shower remodel. At that time, I was required to put down a $1,500 deposit, which I did. Months later another one of their employees came out to measure. I was required to pay $1.800 which I did. I have never heard back from anyone in that company about anything. I've left messages, but no one has returned any. When I called initially, they had an almost 4.9 review WHAT'S UP WITH THIS COMPANY?
