First Abu Dhabi Bank [FAB] review: Dubai first cashback credit card

This is to report about the cunning and deceptive practice used by FAB Bank employees to cheat us into taking their credit cards. Mr Samiullah had pitched that the card he is offering is a free for life credit card and has some other offers. He shared an email with the credit card details. I referred the details he had provided and that available on Dubai First webpage. The Website mentions that the card has annual fee and I brought this to Samiullah's attention. He again confirmed that the card he is offering is under some special promotion they are running and that there shall be no annual fee. I wrote back to his email that i shall take the card subject to the card having zero annual fee. He again confirmed and I completed the card application. I the first statement I received I found that I was charged the annual fee and brought this to Samiullah's attention. He asked me to send him the statement and that he shall get approval from his mangers to waive off the charge. I send him the details he had asked for. Now he does not answer my call and the fee has not been removed.
