Firestone Complete Auto Care review: Oil change

I went to the firestone store at 12791 Old Tesson Rd St. Louis, MO on Saturday May, 6, 2023 for an oil change. Later that day I was driving and another car told me something something was hanging from under my vehicle. I took pictures, sent the pictures to Scott at the store, it was close to closing and they told me to come back Monday. I went to another store the next day and he removed the piece. I contacted the store the next day and told them this, spoke with Scott, he was going to order the part to replace. I told him I would be back Saturday to have the piece replaced.

I went back on Saturday May 13th, they bring my vehicle in. A little bit later George Mottu comes over and ask me what happened. I tell him, we go out to the shop and he shows me the deflector. I tell him that's not the right part. The part is in the bed of my truck. He then tells me we don't take that part off when we do an oil change. He insists it happened the last time I had service done. The part was missing the front to screws that held it in place. The last time my vehicle was serviced was July 2022. So the part stayed on my vehicle for 10 months without the screws, but the same day I go to Firestone it comes loose. There is also another piece that does get removed for an oil change and it was also missing a screw.

I want this piece replaced and installed by Firestone.
