Firestone Complete Auto Care review: Customer service

I pulled into a Firestone last evening at 6:28 pm on 8/16/2021, they close at 7:00 pm. My tire was going flat and I asked them to help me get it fixed. The man there told me that I had to leave my vehicle over night, I told him that I couldn't, I still had 45 minute drive home and no way to get there, he then told me that they could not help me, they were too busy. I called Triple A and sat there and waited for 1.5 hours for them to get to me, all while your team packed up and left me sitting there right outside your door. I feel that this was definitely unsafe and really poor customer service. This one incident will make me a NEVER customer of yours and as I tell my family and friends of this, it makes them NEVER customers also.
