We do not make deals with site customers regarding gifts or any other site services because that would be wrong to other customers, not to mention that it would be a violation of our own Terms of Use.
All deliveries are made in accordance with Gift Shop rules.
The procedure for ordering gifts is quite simple: a male client places an order, during which he can leave comments regarding delivery (desired delivery date, a certain alloy in jewelry, type of pizza, etc.), after which his order is sent for processing to Delivery Partners. Partners make sure that the ordered goods are available in the region and city of the recipient client (woman), then inquire about her preferences regarding delivery (convenient delivery time, allergies to any products, color of goods, etc.), after which they carry out the purchase and calculate delivery logistics.
If no comments are received from a male client regarding the order, products are selected based on those available in the region and based on the woman’s preferences.
All orders placed without accompanying comments or wishes are processed for delivery without changes, and the gift itself is selected according to the recipient's preferences. After all, we adhere to the principle not only "the client is always right," but also "the client-recipient should always be satisfied and happy when receiving a gift."
This is why our Gift Shop is so popular and has a lot of positive feedback from all clients, both men and women, because women always get what they like, and men are always sure that their lady will be pleased with the gift.
Therefore, when the Delivery Partners processed your order, they requested information from the lady regarding her ring preferences. Based on the information received, they purchased the ring and delivered it to the lady.
I would like to reiterate that without receiving any information from you about your wishes on this order, the Delivery Partners clarified the lady's preferences on the ring and delivered the goods to the lady according to them.
In other words, the service was rendered in full according to all rules of Gift Shop and according to all comments received from customers.
I also consider it important to note that we did not steal anything from you, and your order was delivered on time and in accordance with all the rules. Moreover, we also contacted the recipient of the gift on this issue to find out how the delivery was carried out: whether the gift was delivered within the specified period, whether the lady’s preferences were taken into account, and more.
According to the results of the inspection and the information received from the lady, all her wishes were taken into account, and she was pleasantly surprised by your unexpected gift in the form of a ring. She expressed gratitude for the care shown and the desire to please her, saying that you definitely managed to do it. In other words, the lady was extremely pleased with the gift you ordered.
Thus, it once again proves that we provided the highest level of service and your lady was satisfied because she got the ring she wanted.
In other words, the service was rendered in full compliance with all Gift Shop rules and in accordance with all comments received from customers.
I would also like to draw your attention to the fact that spamming reviews, personal messages and support requests with the aim of disrupting the work of the relevant department is counterproductive and does not help resolve your issue. If we receive further similar messages that abuse the support system or the system of review sites, we will be forced to resort to legal measures.

You can read the rules for making orders and deliveries in the Gift Shop section. All this information is publicly available.
All orders have photo confirmation of delivery, which are uploaded to the Gift Shop section within a few hours after delivery is made to the recipient of your order.
In other words, the confirmation was uploaded shortly after your gift was delivered to the lady. If you don't believe me and doubt this, you can always look at the order confirmation date on your orders page.
There you will see that the order you placed on June 12th was delivered on June 13th and a confirmation photo was uploaded at that time (see attached image).
That is, delivery confirmation was available the very next day after you placed your order, in the Gift Shop section, as indicated by the red circle icon indicating that you have unread notifications.
In other words, the order was delivered within the 5 days stated in the Gift Shop Rules from the time it was placed.
But you did not enter this section for two and a half months, deliberately ignoring the notification and, accordingly, the photo with delivery confirmation.
And only after almost 3 months did you notice the delivery icon and decided that we delivered your order late. Which is not true.
In other words, you have turned the facts inside out and turned them into arguments that are supposedly convenient for you. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work that way and your understanding of the situation does not correspond to reality.
It is not our fault that you voluntarily decided not to view your delivery confirmation. The client is obliged to independently monitor all notifications about completed deliveries, the completion of which is always indicated in the form of a red icon with the number of completed deliveries in the Gift Shop section.
The order was delivered on time, in accordance with all the terms and conditions of the Gift Shop. No refund can be made in this case.
