I work overnights ive been up for about 14 hrs now 2.5 of it ive been on hold and miss transfered when i called in about an unauthorized transaction i hade 3 reps tell me that they could not help me and that i was transfered to the wrong department and having to explain my issue over and over even though the previous rep told me they would let the new one know what was going on the fact that the unauthorized transaction came from with in the bancks system is already alarming that they would transfered my money with out my approval is wrong on so many levels im very disappointed frustrated and beyond annoyed that this has happened and im getting no help
