I called Fido customer service on last Friday 15 nov n they offer me in 70$ plan with a 0$ down payment I phone 11 pro max 512 gb ... I accepted that offer n they changed my account information immediately n said we will send u a reference number by text u just go any Fido store n pick ur new phone... n next day when I go to store they said talk to customer service n they r harassing me approximately 5 hours... they said no we can't do that ...
