I have 2 phone numbers with Fido. I have beeen a Fido customer for the past 3 years. I was a high paying loyal customer until these horrible issues arrised. I noticed I was getting overchared for calls I was not making and text messaging for a period of about 3 months. After no resolution because of pathetic customer service, I was advised by my husband who is a lawyer which specializes in small claims, to allow them to shut down my service because if the outstanding bill and to see what happens. sure enough, sevice was cut off, however they still continues to charge me with these false charges as well as the monthly charges for my pphone plan, which will cause them great problems in court. Since they disconnected service they are in no way allowed to bill the mpnthly charges, as they are in no way providing the srvice stated in the contrace. We will be contacting the CRTC, Consumer Alert, and the Better Business Bureau in regardt to this befoe collecting more data to move forward with a claim. If anyone lse is experiencing the same or similar issues, please post ant I will contact you and we can all move forward againt this unethical company together.
