FedEx Corporate Servicesmultiple pickup dates not met within short time period

Several shipments have been prepared and processed within the last few weeks on the fedex website, and almost all scheduled pick-ups were one or two days late some even requiring a re-scheduling to get the shipment out of the door. The site is very clunky and hard to navigate when trying to reprint a receipt or past documentation look-up. This is a major hindrance when the package needs to get delivered ASAP and is a thorn in the side to any shipping personnel involved as the blame obviously gets trickled down from management to us. Am I missing an obscure "final confirmation" button after the shipping labels and receipt have been printed? I think the issue resides with the website and software itself.
