FashionNovaUnfulfilled order and no answer to several emails and phone calls

Today i wrote a 3rd time about the same matter (both times prior I received an authomated reply to say fashionnova was backed up). My order # [protected] has been sitting in my account unfulfilled for now 2 weeks. I purchased enough to qualify for free 2 day shipping. In fact 416.08 US dollars was taken out of my bank account, yet nothing has been done towards getting the merchandise purchased to me, this is starting to look a lot like theft. I have tried calling a couple times, the calls went to what seems like an answering machine. This is terrible customer service, and reflects very poorly on the company, this makes fashion nova look like a hoax, like it's not legit. I would like to actually get a response this time to see how I can get what I paid for or my money back if the company is not planning on shipping me anything.
