it has been over a month since i placed my order. i have been given the run around and basically ignored by customer service. i spent $753 dollars and tracking shows a label was created on dec 6 and then voided on dec 19. No refund has been issued and the reps are telling me to check with the carrier whose tracking show they never even got the package. fashionnova stole my money and never sent my package and have not issued a refund! terrible service and i do not know how to get my money back!

Today I called customer service and did not have the pleasure of speaking to someone named Kevin that didn't have a mother to give some phone etiquette phone manner, KEVIN was nasty on the phone and also hung up the phone on me. Mutli billion dollar company should not have people like Mr. Kevin doing customer service when you are dealing with probably drunken trying to recover from the night before people. And all because I was asking for his name, people should know customer service job is dealing with millions of different people at once. He should of never hung up the phone because if he didnt I probably would of not made the complaint. But rude Mr. Keven Merry Christmas little tip you should go back to school for some English. Not being petty just the boy needs a little schooling.

Back in October I sent back my items that all fit horribly, I had to pay to get it shipped back and yet I STILL haven't received my refund. I emailed them countless times and NO response what so ever. I got an email saying they received my return and I should be getting my credit in 72 hours. It's been 3 weeks and still nothing. NEVER AGAIN! I've been telling everyone I know not to order from them ever again. It's a shame after spending hundreds of dollars on this brand, this is what it comes down to.

I had purchased a dress on December 2nd and it was already frustrating that they took a whole week to even ship it. I tried to cancel my order before they had shipped it and of course they wouldn't let me once the order was placed which didn't even make sense because it hadn't even been shipped. I then decided I will return the dress and get my money back and turns out I can't get my money back & it's only store credit. Once it was shipped I looked at the date of when it would be delivered and it said dec. 11. It's the 17th now. I've tried several times to contact them regarding the order but of course they keep ignoring my emails. This so frustrating because I still don't know what to do and how to get a hold of them.

You sold me items and then told me that they are not available anymore. You gave me no choice in replacing these items, because placing 2 orders requires 2 times shipment. You said that you issued me a gift card with the amount of money that I PAID you already, which i don't need.

I do not need your giftcard, I need my money back. You are not a bank that can keep my money on your bank account. You have no rights to keep my money. You don't provide a good you return money back.

If you don't have these items and if you would never ship them to me than I don't have any reason to keep MY MONEY on your bank account.

I am not an investor.

So I demand my money to be returned. Provide me with full refund for all items that were never shipped to me to my bank account stated in the order. Otherwise I will see it as a illicit enrichment and will sue you.

I ordered several items from this site, one of the items I bought "was unable to be shipped by them" but they still charged my card for the item. I ordered the item & never received it & they won't give me any store credit or a refund. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I ordered the item when it was still in stock but they are saying its not & refuse to give me any store credit like they tole me they would. Its been past 48 hours & I've yet to receive another receipt with my refund & store credit as stated in the picture attached below.

I submitted this complaint to Britain's Trading Standards after getting no sensible response from Fashion Nova.

I paid postage but when it arrived in the UK I was contacted by customs who demanded £21.13. I queried this with Fashion Nova who gave various reasons why this was nothing to do with them, blaming the post office and YODEL. I ended up paying the fee.

I then received several emails from YODEL saying the package was on its way and giving dates and times for delivery. It never arrived. I contacted them and was told they had attempted delivery 5 times and they couldn't find the address. They confirmed that they did not have my address as stated on the delivery receipt and said they couldn't change it as only the sender could do this. They returned it to Fashion Nova.

I contacted customs to check the address and they replied that the address provided by the shipper Fashion Nova was 99 Church Rd, Bolton BL1 6EE.

I contacted Fashion Nova to advise them of this and to request a full cash refund and refund of my customs fee as I had never received the parcel due to their error. I have been corresponding with them for several weeks now and all they are offering is a credit note as they say this is in line with their returns policy. This is despite them previously saying they would redeliver the parcel once they received it back at no cost to me. However, I did not receive or return the parcel so do not feel their offer is appropriate.

Please can you advise.

I ordered an item(domestic ) just because the shipping chart said it'd ship on the 17th of December. Once I paid the money it said estimated delivery time is the 19th.i can't reach them anywhere and I'm getting generic emails each time. No one will be home on the 19th of December for three weeks due to Xmas holiday, the post office only holds on to the package for two weeks. I either want a full refund or my shipment to deliver before we leave to Europe.

Placed order on November 29, website states est delivery December 9th. As of December 3 still hadn't received any confirmation so I sent an email inquiring about these items. I thought maybe they were out of stock temporarily due to holiday rush, it reads:
Hello I was wondering when these items will ship and if they are in fact in stock. The delivery schedule you have posted says delivered by December 9th if purchased on Black Friday

What DID happen immediately after these correspondence was my account being charged lol. No delivery confirmation or answer to my ACTUAL initial questions. So I sent a final email before heading to my bank to report this fraud and get my money back. Unethical business dealings borderline fraud and they should be made aware of this and implement better business practices before they end up in a class action lawsuit. We've seen this happen ALL over our wonderful country when big business forgets that they TOO are held to certain regulations and laws set forth by the government just as we the "ordinary people" are

I have run into some very bad customer service representatives, but this one takes the cake! I spoke with a Jose about an issue with an order I received incomplete.

Gotta Work Blazer Mini

I  received this order yesterday day and it came without the corset. I explained that to Jose and he verified this information and escalated the images I sent him (this is what he told me). He then said I would have to return the blazer so you guys could send me another one or I'd have to accept a store credit. Now, I could understand if I misordered, why I would needed to pay to send it back. I already had to send back the same dress because the first one was too small. However, this is not MY error. This is an error on Fashion Nova I don't see why I would have to spend my own money to resend it when you guys are the ones who made the mistake. I already spent too much money on this. I explained that to Jose and he had the audacity to hang up on me. There was no follow up e-mail of apology or nothing. Never in all my. years of online shopping have I ever encountered such rude customer service as I have with Fashion Nova. It doesn't make sense. I would please, either like a label that has been paid for to ship the incomplete blazer back to you guys and get a complete one resent or I would like to be sent another complete one. This is basic knowledge there is absolutely no reason for me to have to spend even more money than I already have on this dress. As far as your employee Jose, he is a terrible representation of what good customer service looks like. A shame all around. This ruined my whole night.

I made a purchase for 11 items on cyber Monday, today, December 2nd, 2019. The total before the discount was $212.83. After I had put in the Cyber90 code, I received 50% off the items and the total price was listed as $106.42. On the page where you review your card payment options, billing, and shipping address, The price was listed correctly as$106.42. However, the second I hit place my order, a confirmation screen popped up saying my order was completed for $212.83, and the code was gone.
This is not the first time fashion nova has scammed me and I have tried calling their bogus line numerous times and emailing but I'm sure they will not reply just like the last couple times.

So I was on the app I had 1000 worth of items. My card kept being declined and I could not even sign on to my account due to a bug on the app. I spent 3 hours trying to checkout with several cards. Finally I am able to log on on my new MacBook and most of the items are sold out so my grand total is different. I put on my code fn50 in which I have screenshots for and I should take them to court. My total $322 and I go ahead and I use my Apple Pay. They charge me a whole 644.00. This is outrageous and shady company. How are you going to remove the promo code when it was clearly there and the price was already deducted. Now my bank cant do anything about it because it's still processing. Never in a 1, 000, 000 years have I had a problem while shopping online or using promo codes. They have no one to call and they take one business day to send you a reply. I'm going to be contacting my lawyer and the better business bureau. I'm going to make a YouTube video so I can reach all my fans and have them share it. I will be going live shortly.

I placed an order for the black sale and haven't received a confirmation email yet my debit card has been charged and FN won't even acknowledge it
I placed an order last Nov 29 start of the 50%off everything sale and after I checked out on the app it said order successful and my mastercard debit card has already been charged ¥27000 $250 yet I didn't receive a confirmation email. I messaged them the next morning and they said "Please accept our sincerest apologies for the order issue you are experiencing. We have been escalated this and the orders you try to place doesn't go through if you would like to complete the order you should be receiving an email with the link so you may finish your order.

I used the portal on fashionnovas site.. it wasnt working. After 30 plus minute of trying, it finally worked. I selected three items of my full purchase to return since the items didnt fit me. I printed the label sent to me through the portal. I out the new label on my bag and accidental put my copy of the tracking number in the bag with the return items. I never got my return gift card thereafter. It's been since the first week of November since I sent it out. I called costumer service and they said there Is nothing they can do. I called the post office to see if they have my package but they cant do anything without the tracking number. I called costumer service again and asked to talk to a supervisor. The gentleman was not friendly and said that there is nothing a supervisor can do. He never sent me to a supervisor but said to call back again some other time..I need help. This is not good costumer service. What do I do.

I had cancelled my order and my I was charged by my bank but never received any credit or clothing how do I go about getting my money back or store credit
I'm just trying to get my money or at least store credit I don't have any kind of why to contact anyone about this problem all I'm trying to do is find out about my store credit and you all want me to write all this extra stuff and I don't know

Ordered a pair for my son. Jeans arrive but are too small. Initiate the returns procedure which required me to pay $7.99 for a return label. WTF?

Okay, whatever. Package up the item and ship it off for my store credit. Package doesn't arrive so contact FN. They have no clue where the package is and want a copy of the return label. What? I don't have that. They say they have nothing in their systems for me.

Their returns page says I can check return status using original order number. That doesn't work and the page says an error.

I go back and forth with the CSR and show them a copy of my bank statement clearly showing a $7.99 charge. They tell me to contact the bank and figure out why that charge is there and give me a 25% code that lasts for a week.

lol...Never, ever, ever will I deal with these fools. In the meanwhile I sic'd PayPal on them to get my monies back.

I was creating an account and was charged for products I didn't want to purchase, when entering in my credit card information. And fashion nova wont cancel the order and neither will my bank. There was also no confirm payment option so i didnt even realize I placed an order. I called minutes after and nothing was done and I am super upset because it was a large amount of money that was charged. I just want the order to be cancelled. I haven't even received it as yet.

Customer service reps are horrible and sound like they don't care about the job.. I placed an order and can't even change the address before it ships.. this is ridiculous.. what am I to do ? Accept the fact that my order is being shipped elsewhere ? Definitely unsatisfied and will not be ordering from them again .

I placed an order on Novermber 4th, the next day I recieved a tracking number, HOWEVER, that tracking number was invalid! I contacted them, only to receive a default email. I contacted them again.. and the response I got was crazy. They said that my order was shipped through DHL ( when I went to the order status bar in fashion nova it says USPS) and they gave me the same tracking number again. What's even crazier is that I placed that tracking number in DHL.. and IT DIDNT EVEN WORK! I emailed them a third time, only to hear that I have to contact the postal service, and they cannot help. [censored] fashionnova.
