I placed an order with fashionnova back on 11/27. My expected delivery date was 12/04. My package never came, fashionnova uses a bot for chat system, I entered 2 cases with zero response and I am being charged through quadpay. I want my money back. I also filed a complaint on better business bureau. You guys been warned. Dont ever order from this site again.

I have been a regular shopper of Fashion Nova. It has me in a place where my entire wardrobe is FN so when I placed my order during Black Friday needless to say was a great deal. I found it strange that for 7 items I paid $252 CND, duties was $34 and taxes was $29 (charges I have never seen before from previous orders). I thought since I always shop with FN that I didn't think anything of it. I am so annoyed to receive a email that I need to pay an additional duty of $79. This would now bring my otherwise simple order to $331. I am so upset that this would honestly make this the last time I shop with FN. I never have seen anything like this before. Not acceptable.

Ordered mid august over £400 worth of shopping. Items never came. Tracking portal showed items had been returned to sender for unknown reason and they had received them yet after numerous attempts emailing them about issue they have stopped responding and their email line (info@fashionova.com) now says it not in use. Phone lines not going through

I used to order from them a lot but after this experience I will never order from them. Their thief's in my opinion. I ordered from them over 3 weeks ago and still haven't received my package or even an email back from them. They sent me a USD tracking number and when I reached out to USD they said they hadn't even received my package yet so I just keep getting the run around and keep being ignored from everyone involved. The shadiest business I've ever ordered from. If they don't fix this soon I'm going to get a lawyer involved.

I placed an order with Fashion Nova on 11/24/2020. I received an email on 11/25/2020 and 11/27/2020 saying my order was on it's way. The order was supposed to be delivered on 12/01/2020 but nothing has been delivered. I have tried contacting them with no response. I even called the courier and they said the package was never received by them. I don't like the fact that they have a bot for an online chat. The bot says that I need to call the courier to find out where my package is. At this point, I want my money back.

To date I have not received the order.

I have sent numerous amounts of emails chasing the order, and eventully recieved ONE response on 28th November informing me that my order was lost in transit and a full refund was offered.

I acknowledged this email on the same day requesting that a refund to be issued immediately. I have been chasing ever since with emails.

I am not receiving any acknowledgement or response from Fashion Nova and I have not received my full refund.

I ordered a coat and it gave me a order#[protected] but when I enter it.. It's not telling me anything.. So I chat with one of the online chat ppl and gave them my order number she stated that she couldn't pull anything up.. They took $53.00 dollar off my debit card and either they gone send me my order or I want my money back.. I promise after this I never will shop again! This ain't no good business

I ordered clothes of fashion Nova and payed for pre duties payment so I wouldn't have to pay later on. I woke up to a email from dhl telling me to pay $80 worth of duties after I already payed that amount in duties to fashion Nova to avoid this issue. I emailed fashion Nova several times to get this issue resolved and still haven't had a answer back I'm so disappointed they shouldn't be sloppy when signing shipping information I shouldn't have to pay duties when I prepaid them already. This make me so annoyed !

I bough a nice coat along with other things. I ordered small and it was maybe 2xx and color was nowhere Same. And I tried to send back, it asked me for 8.99 shipping fee and on top of that I bought that coat today and today they were only giving me half price 19 dollars. Store credit. What the helllll?

On November 23, 2020I ordered a pair of boots, "Go with the Flow Boot - Gray 9 and a separate day a pair of black jeans,"Luxe Ultra High Waist skinny Jeans Black - 11, I have not received neither items, but yet I received a order a coupled of days ago worth 213.00. Please tell me why this is and will I received the items I purchased? I have been a long time customer and feel the quality of clothes are superb and far exceed my expectations. Would hate for this to ruin that experience.

i placed an order and it was suppose to be delievered to me on
nov 12, 2020. I didn not recieve the package because lasership delivered it to the wrong home. I contacted laser ship today and i have my case number. They told me to contact you guys!

I placed an order with Fashion Nova in September, and spent almost $100. Around the time it was supposed to arrive ( per the tracking number ) it said it was damaged and that the shipping company was sending it back to Fashion Nova.
I still have not received the order. I've reached out to them multiple times but have not heard back. They have neither given me my order or a refund.

I don't have money like that to spend anyways but I bought some stuff I needed for a wedding which they caused me to also not have an outfit for since it never arrived. That being said I am extremely upset and will be filing legal action if they do not resolve the issue by the end of the week.

I have ordered 3 times from fashion nova I receive one package and nothing else. They keep pushing the date and nothing I've spend money and I haven't receive nothing. I have try to call I have try to email and nothing. My first ordered I've spend $58.72 my second order I spend $59.37 and my third order I spend 39.78 I am extremely upset I spend money and not to receive my package it is crazy because I cant speak to anyone no one has contact me. I need to know who do I need to speak to.

Both on October 23rd and November 4th I followed the proper return protocol with 3 packages. The package I sent back on Oct 23rd has yet to be credited back to my account even though it has been well over the "return credit period" however package #2 of 3 sent back on Nov 4th was credited. Everytime I reach out I'm told the packages have been received yet I'm still waiting for my credit.

I made an order totalling 87.76 USD on October 14th, 2020. The tracking number does not work. I have contacted all postal service, they never received the package. I was expecting it to arrive for my birthday on October 23 and was very disappointed. Order number is 60760100

I tried to cancel an order directly from Fashion Nova because they did not clarify their order fulfillment or shipping process at checkout. They refused and actually pushed me around forcing me to fulfill the order before delivery. They only did this so I would be forced to return the product in exchange for a gift card that I cannot even use. This is totally taking advantage of the consumer and forcibly making us stick with a product that we cannot choose to return. I am now stuck with over $100 in gift cards I cannot even use on there website.

I ordered my item via Express Delivery, with a guaranteed delivery date of 10/22/2020. As of today, my order hasn't even been fulfilled or prepared. This means that it certainly will not arrive to me by tomorrow or anytime soon. No one from Fashion Nova customer care has responded to my emails or messages on Twitter. Now my event plans have been ruined and I paid for a service that I never got. I spent over $300 and thought I was valued as a customer, giving my hard-earned money to a company but clearly Fashion Nova does not particularly care about their customers. I just don't understand why a service, such as express shipping with guaranteed delivery date, is being pushed and advertised, if Fashion Nova doesn't intend to adhere to that. That seems to constitute false advertising and breach of contract. In any event, I want what I paid for, which is the items ordered and the express shipping that comes along with it.
