Fashion Nova Shipping

I made a pretty large order on Fashion Nova on 11 January 2021. I live in Bermuda and this is where the package was due to be delivered. I paid USD$25 for international express shipping.

My order was shipped that same day.

The next day (12 January 2021) i received an email from Fashion Nova saying that delivery could not be completed and my package was delivered back to them by DHL.

I am now out of pocket by some USD$335.01, and i have no package and no one has responded to my emails!

Desired outcome: I want my package or ALL OF MY MONEY BACK!

Fashion Nova Refund

I there I placed an order in December 2020 on the website I clicked on the option that said to pay the duties here that alone came up to $30 something dollars. When the package crossed the border DHL said that I was to pay $74 and some change in order to clear my package. I asked fashion what that cost was for and they replied that if I didn't want to pay the duty just have the package returned to them as they don't have control over that. I called DHL to inquire about the money that I prepaid on the website and they said that they aren't affiliated. I let the package go back to Fashion Nova and they only credited me for an online voucher of my purchase price not including the taxes nor duty that was paid on my end on their website. Order number [protected] total purchase price $244.01 refund in form of a credit was $188.36. I prefer communicating by phone, I can be reached at [protected]. I called Fashion Nova to speak with them directly but their phone line isn't available at the moment.

Desired outcome: Full refund to my method of punnet

Fashion Nova Missing refund for damaged package returned to Fashion Nova

On November 27th, I placed an order with Fashion Nova for $133.92. Order # [protected]. I receive email confirmation that my order was received and is processing. I then receive email stating my order was ready to be shipped and I could track it. The track order link didn't show any tracking #, it said to be shipped. I waited several days and checked again and it says the same thing. I sent two inquires to customer service and receive generic responses that didn't answer my questions. I then call customer service and was told that my package got damaged while out for delivery and was returned to Fashion Nova. I asked if the items would be re-shipped and the rep told me a refund would be given in 7-10 business days and I could re-order the items. It's been more than 10 days and I haven't receive any refund. This whole process from me ordering on November 27, 2021 has been 1 month and 19 days.

Desired outcome: Get my money back, because that's not how people do business and treat their customers.

Fashion Nova Never received package

I purchased 2 items on november 29th, 2020. My shop app was connected to this purchase so I could track it directly from the app. According to the shop app it said my package had been delivered on dec 12th 2020 but I never received anything so I contacted customer service twice with no response. Got an automated email dec 16th 2020 that my stuff was on the way. Customer service emailed me on dec 16th as well and told me my package had already been delivered. So then I contacted customer service for a 3rd and 4th time because they suck at responding. They weren't super helpful but did tell me they filed a claim on my behalf since I never received my items. I responded 10 days later like I was supposed to with no response again. Emailed them 2 more times and finally just got a response today (jan 15th, 2021) that my claim was denied because according to the carrier, the package was delivered to the correct address. This is absolutely ridiculous that this happened, not to mention with the slack and slow customer service. I was intending to get a refund because fashionnova does not deserve the business they are getting. So, i'd like a refund but if that is not possible, I would either like my items re-sent to me, or just to have a store credit for the amount of what I originally purchased. Also, i'd just like to mention that I researched fashionnova issues with delivery and I was astounded at how many other people worldwide have had the same issue as me. This is so ridiculous. I just lost money and you just lost business. Give me my freaking money back, this is not right.

Fashion Nova Do not use this company they are fraud.

I placed a order on december 21st with this company and paid extra to ship overnight. My order never came and no one was able to locate the merchandise. I spoke with a representative twice and both times they told me that they could not help me to locate my package. They told me that i needed to call the delivery company to try and locate the product. Anyways once i found the number to the company they did not have my package and told me that they do not see any packages for my tracking number. I spoke with the company again and they told me once they receive the package back that they would give me a credit. So i asked them to locate the package and they could not. I spoke with my credit card and they will be working on getting me a full refund. This company is complete fraud. They take your money and do not deliver the product hoping that you will just give up and they keep the money.
Well this is not the case with myself and after speaking to my in house attorney they told me that if there is enough people that they will start a class action suit against this fraudulent company.
Do not ever order from this company ! there are other companies like asos and other onsite companies that are amazing and you not only get amazing customer service but you they are a legal company.
Just checked them out and look online there was a lawsuit that made fashion nova pay out 9.3 million for consumer refunds because they violated rules on shipping refunds.

Fashion Nova Clothing merchandise

I ordered products from Fashionova on December 24. I received an email from Fashionova 2 days later saying my products were shipped and I would be receiving them shortly. I did not receive the products when they said I would. I contacted the shipping company and they said they never received the items from Fashionova. I have been trying to reach Fashionova for several days. The phone number for customer service does not work and they do not respond to emails. This is fraud. They stole my money and did not send the clothes that I ordered.

Desired outcome: I would like my money back because I did not receive the clothes that I ordered

Fashion Nova No response/refund

I did a large order on Black Friday. I do large orders often, as I run a dance company and I buy costumes often. Upon checking out I was prompted to pay $70 for duty as I live in Canada and with the pandemic they said they were trying to limit the face to face interaction with the delivery driver. I paid it.
When my order arrived they were asking for another $271 My order was only $350 so I was not about to pay more in duty than my order was worth. So I had the package returned. It has been over a month, and I have not had any contact with a Fashion Nova rep. I have called and every single time I call it says their phone lines are closed, it is the middle of the day, morning or afternoon. My package has been sent back but I have not received a refund yet. I am looking for a full refund please.

Fashion Nova Never received my items

Ordered my items on December 15, 2020 they shipped my items out on December 17, 2020, fashion nova sent me a message saying my package will be delivered on December 22, 2020 which December 22 came & still no package so I tracked my package at fedex which now it's saying my items are on hold at fedex in Memphis Tennessee because fashion nova sent them a empty box with no items in it. I called fashion nova to see how we could resolve this & their giving me the run around, all I want is my refund. I been shopping with fashion nova for years & nothing like this have ever happened but as of today I will no longer spend my money with them, very poor customer service.

Fashion Nova Shipping and Tracking information

Hello, I ordered from fashion nova on November 26th and I was told I would receive my package by December 3rd. Due to the high demand of orders my package was delayed and I was told I would receive it before Christmas Eve. At first I was okay with this because I understand it is hard to get so many orders out at once. It is now January 4th and I have yet to receive my package from them. Neither fashion nova or their shipping carrier has reached out to me and now I would either like a full refund or my package. I read their shipping policies throughly and they are very much responsible for this. My information is correct therefore this is not an issue on my end. Lastly I was sent a gift card and since then I have gotten no further response to an email I have sent.

Desired outcome: Refund or my package

Wow. You at least got a $25 gift card. I'm having the same problem.. Supposedly.. I'm waiting 10 days then FN will start a claim for me.. Im not holding my breath. I will contact them on this 10th day to file. Hopefully, with the amt of people having issues, we will be sent our items or be given a refund. This is clearly a major issue on their end. :(

Fashion Nova Clothing order

I placed an online order over a month ago and have not received it or even a shipping confirmation. I have contacted fashionnova numerous of times and they eventually said my order is caught up in mailing issues of the Midwest and that they were working to have me my order before Christmas and that didn't happen. I've contacted them again to possibly reship my order or give me a refund and they have not responded.

Desired outcome: Replace order immediately or a refund!!

Fashion Nova Package stolen

Fashion Nova uses a delivery company name Laser Shipping in the NY area. This company lefts packages in the hallway of apartment buildings. On 11/13/20 and 12/30/20 this company delivered my packages and left them in the hallway of the building and it was stolen.

it took over 30 days to negotiate store credit with Fashion Nova and I requested they do not use this company which was ignored. On 12/30/20 they used this company again and my clothing was stolen.

I attempted to contact the customer services hotline which is never opened and when it is its only open a couple of hours. The representative explained to me on 12/22 that the store is not responsible for packages once they are handed to the shipping company. Laser Shipping said Fashion Nova is responsible for refunds.

I do not want store credit any longer. I want to discontinue our relationship and get a refund to my debt card.

Fashion Nova Shoes never delivered

I ordered a pair of shoes at the beginning of November. I noticed on the LASERSHIP tracking that it got sent back to the original facility 2 days after it went somewhere else, there was no update for 2 weeks then it said delivered with no other tracking update. When I reached out to let them know I didn't receive the package they finally responded saying that they DID see it was not delivered. I've gone back and forth asking for the shoes or the refund and after all this time they are telling me they are not giving me a refund because LASERSHIP shows delivered. I will NEVER purchase anything from them AGAIN!

Fashion Nova Non delivery of goods and no support from customer service re delivery

I had ordered some clothes on Black friday (Nov 29, 2020) from their website FashionNovamen.

On Dec 4, 2020 I was sent an email stating that my order has been shipped and should be received by the 6th of December 2020. However, On the 6th on December I was emailed that the package was delivered though I did not see the package anywhere.

On the following day on the 7th of December 2020, I had logged in to check the shipment details and the shipment was labelled as being delivered in a different state to where I am.

I have sent and 3 emails to fashion nova men in the following weeks with screenshots and my order details and still no response on my missing order.

I have made several attempts on social media (Twitter and Instagram to get some assistance and I have received no response from them.

I have even tried to contact their customer service number and I got a automatic voice recording which says "a customer service rep is no longer available".

Desired outcome: A refund of my money as I received no order and unable to get an update on the missing order

Fashion Nova Return / Store credit

I recently started shopping with Fashion Nova. I like the variety of clothes and also how easy it was to retun items until my last return. I had 3 orders in one box, invoices for each in the box just like my other returns. Well they gave me credit for 1 order and forgot.about my 2 other invoices. I emailed their support team and they just replied back with generic messages as if they was not comprehending me. I sent them copies of all the invoices and shipping label used. Incouldnt finish my Christmas shopping because I was gonna use the store credit that I didnt receive. Its not my fault the items didn not fit. Their sizes vary. Im filing a formal complaint after this. Customer service is not customer service.

Fashion Nova Items never received

I placed an order with Fashion Nova December 3rd, order #[protected] and it is December 26th and I cannot get any customer service to respond to tell me where my order is and I have gotten no shipping information. On December 11th I received an email that my package was ready to be shipped but to this day there is no tracking info showing it has been shipped and the chat response tells me my order # is not able to be found. I paid for all these items and I want my purchases. I received an mail on the 23rd of December, a general marketing email saying there is still time to order and receive your items by Christmas but they can't even get my items to me that I ordered almost a whole month ago!

Desired outcome: I want my purchases!!!

I am quitting fashion nova due to poor management they have leads in green vest that give everyone attitudes demands are not great leads at all they treat you like garbage and not there to help Two especially at certain location Santa Fe Springs CA they have harassed me and made my work environment negative and caused me to quit i've never work with people like that it's sad to now I have to look for another job

Fashion Nova Order not received

I have placed several orders within a two day time span, I received one of my orders but not the other. As of today it has been 19 days since I placed my order and I have yet to even get a tracking number associated with my purchase. I keep having to chat with the auto response and still keep getting the same bs from it. Then when they try to track my order they are unable to find it. I paid for merchandise and I want what I paid for. This is ridiculous that your customers have be given the run around to obtain something we paid for. You guys were not properly prepared for the holiday season and it shows. I placed another order two days ago and I already received my package today but still waiting on the one from 19 days ago.

Desired outcome: I want my order and mt money back at this point

I placed an order December 3rd, it's almost been a month and still haven't received my package and have no shipping info. They have the worst customer service too. It's really ridiculous. I got the same response from the automated chat, they are unable to find my order #. I paid for my items but never received and can't get any response from customer service as to where my items are.

Fashion Nova Delivery charge

I had to pay tax and shipping which was above 20 and I ordered 3 items totalling it to 108 dollars. The shipping took over 3 weeks and the carrier company told me I have to pay extra VATs of £24. What is the point in paying tax on the website if I have to pay VATs. Truly a scam and won't be buying from this company again. Even when I tried to make a complaint or contact the company twice, they haven't gotten back to me since. It has been almost 5 days now so ontop of bad reviews and misinformation's, they also have bad customer service. 3/10 wouldn't recommend.
