I placed an order of $102.89 on September 6, 2021. Payment has clearly been made but I still have the items in my cart. And it shows that I have not paid yet it's been deducted from my account. I have contacted all customer service agents I can and have used the online portal but still I haven't got a positive feedback. Kindly work on this for me as soon as possible.

I am pissed. These two orders were canceled i donty know why and no refund. This company is a scam and they will send you email saying they are waiting for 48 hours,

I have orders that have not arrived since 28 July until now.

Please assist into getting these scammers . Money was deducted on my acc.

I've ordered $100 worth of jeans so 4 jeans in total but I didnt receive a pair. I didn't receive an email saying it was out of stock or anything of that matter. I feel like they are trying to play me and keep my money. They asked for my information and prefer number but saying it's not enough information to find my order or issue return! This has been going on for a month, they reply days later with no help! I am so tired of this hassle, it's definitely my last time shopping but I hate for other people to have these problems when spending hard earned money! Fashion nova is robbing people but not me

I placed three orders during an ongoing sale. I purchased over 20 items on one order and it was cancelled for no specified reason. I then placed two additional orders through their website, one of which I used My personal debit card to pay the full amount and the other was a split payment option through Quadpay. Both billing addresses were accurate and yet they were still cancelled without any reason given. Now most of the items have returned to regular price and have probably sold out of stock. I have already filed a complaint through Quadpay and will also be placing a complaint on any forum who is willing to hear. The customer service of this company is downright horrible and ridiculous.

I placed my order on 08/05/2021 it is now 08/31/2021, it's been almost a month since I placed my order with 4-7 day shipping, I've tried to contact customer service multiple times, I've called their number and it's just an automated voice message, I've also emailed the customer support line 4 times now and I have not received any replies what so ever. All I want is to know what's going on. It's fine if my order is late but getting an email stating it's going to be late would have been nice, or just a reply to emails would have been great too. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced with online shopping.

There is absolutely no way of contacting any customer service desk. No way of emailing or calling. Just an online click option does not suffice. My order has been delayed by over a week and no info available as to where it is.

I ordered a large full grown knot dress for my girlfriends birthday for dinner. So we received it and it was xs so I went to return it but my order didn't have a order number so I went to go buy another instead but it isn't gonna be here by her birthday so I went to return that one but it isn't even showing up on the app even though I was charged already.

FN partner with laser shipping services and I never received my order ! My order was delivered elsewhere . I reached out to FN as soon as I seen package delivered. I was unable to speak with a live person to correct this situation. I've sent multiple emails to FN so-called upgraded system to service customers better is [censored]! I haven't heard anything back from FN regarding my purchase .. I'm so upset ! Never again will I order from FN, this is not how u run a business .. I want my money or my items I paid for .. LaserShip is bad to do business with FN and you don't make it no better ! It's been a MONTH!

As you can see, I've ordered TWICE in one night. The first order you see is what i actually wanted and the second order was my first time trying to check them out and it didn't go through because of my internet. So I closed the app and reopened it again, and decided to take a few items off. So then I checked out a total of 5 items and it went through that time! I've been trying to cancel my order with 6 items because that is not what i wanted! The transaction didn't even go through, but it did? No. I don't order the same items TWICE. Makes no sense on how this happened. I've tried submitting my problem on the Fashionnova app but it keeps closing by itself. I checked my navy federal app and it says "Pending" for both orders (what?). I don't want $100 gone to waste, I want it back. I want to cancel THAT $100 order.

I ordered some clothes from Fashion Nova, clicked express shipping and it said that it was paid got an email to track etc. The next morning I go to the app to click my orders and it says that my order has been canceled. I did not cancel, also did not get an email and I have no explanation as to why it was canceled, and still NO reason why or response. Still did not get my money back and was really looking forward to the clothes before vacation!

Fashion nova is the worst place to shop online they say when you have to track your package because I had ordered 10 items like a month ago and I still haven't received none of my packages the mail people told me to try to contact you guys to change my address and I can't even get a hold of you guys your service just sucks I will never order from you guys again.. Hello. I have Spent $195 Aud dollars on an order and i have yet to receive my confirmation email or a tracking number. I made the order on the 26/08/2021. The Money has been taken out of my account. I am getting no response via facebook or instagram. Its looking very unprofessional. I am not happy. What is going on? Where is my order?
I have no idea what kind of online shopping does not send emails about orders or have an easy why to contact your company !

I'm a beyond angry I've been a very loyal customer to fashion nova and I'm upset because my package was stolen off of my front porch, they said the package was delivered at 1:05pm I went downstairs to my front porch around 1:20pm and it wasn't there I've called the Lasership company and reported it was stolen and I didn't receive it I was home all day they didn't ring my bell nor did they notify me in anyway I've sent countless emails to fashion nova and their telling me the claim can't be re open this kind of unprofessionalism is beyond me they need to do better nobody has an answer for me and I JUST WANT MY REFUND SINCE I COULDNT GET MY PACKAGE!

I have been trying to reach someone in regards to my last purchase. I have never received my package & I informed you guys when I originally placed the order that the address was entered incorrect & needed to change it. I was informed by email that the package was delivered but again delivered to the wrong address. Please I am not a person to waste my money. I need to someone to get back to me urgently in this matter. I don't want to hear that my claim was closed or excuses. Received email confirmation of delivered package, order #[protected] from Fashion Nova. Package was not received or delivered according to their tracking system. I was not able to speak to live customer service, only automated online service which is frustrating because it's only confirming the email stating package was delivered and it was not. I need to file complaint and request investigation where package is.

I ordered a formal jumpsuit in 2 sizes because i was going on vacation and a very important formal party Fashion Nova stated the item was shipped and once it was so called delivered IT NEVER CAME I have reached out several times in email no response I want my money back and will be contacting BBB im so unsatisfied I thought this was a great company and turned out to be a total waste of time and effort how can you treat your customers that way to not even make sure my issue was resolved .
