This company needs to be freaking sued! So sketchy that they don't even take phone calls. My 100$ needs to be returned NOW or I'm taking legal action. Enough is enough, such cowards. I'm never giving money to these greedy crap holes ever again. All of my emails went up responded and they said "ope well we already sent the refund on our end, it's your fault if you didn't receive " like quit being cowards and you'd make way more money actually making customers satisfied. Such panzies

Was stated to be delivered Saturday to the front desk of my apartment building. The front desk person working as well as the supervisor confirmed nothing was recieved and they document any packages recieved. There seems to be no working customer service number. I have sent them a message through their website but got no response

I placed an order on Feb 8/2022. The total cost of the order was €646,24 . That's a lot of money.
It arrived on 15/2 and greek customs e-mailed me that there was no invoice from Fashionnova's behalf and they couldn't process the clearance. According to DHL ,they asked fashionnova for a copy of the invoice but fashionnova refused so the order was sent back at 21/2/2022 . Fashionnova is supposed to refund orders that are sent back once they receive them so all I had to do was wait. But it's almost been a month. On 9/3 I contacted fashionnova's support on twitter since I never got a response from their support on their website, and all they said was that I had to wait. Today I asked DHL for a tracking number of the package that was sent back.
According to the tracking number the package was delivered at LONG BEACH, CA - USA on 3/3/22
So why haven't I received a refund yet?

Lost package
I made an order with fashion nova which apart from not informing that it was coming that day. They marked it as delivered, which was not the case, I did not receive my package and they were not responsible for the loss of my package, therefore they did not return my money, much less replace my merchandise, which in this case is what matters most to me .They only downloaded saying that the shipping company delivered this mentioning how unreliable that shipping company is. Who tells me that it was not the same delivery that took my package after marking that it was brought? who is responsible for that? It is incredible how they play with the money of people who are very irresponsible, both fashion nova and the company that lasership, I am going to go to the last consequence
This just happened to my 17 year old daughter. I am starting to think this is a bigger scam than I originally thought. We ordered from fashion nova before but it was like 1 or 2 items and we received them. This time my daughter purchased a lot of items at once and all of a sudden it goes missing. The same company lasership left it at my front door rather then the mailroom that has cameras and it went missing.
I know anybody can steal packages these days but I have lived at my home for 5 years with many packages left at the door and all of a sudden a delivery from lasership and it goes missing. Fashion nova never responded to her email. Also the lasership company never updated the tracking info so we didn't even know when it was coming. The super will be checking cameras today to see if the delivery person left with the package!
Fashion Nova
I shop at fashion nova all the time and have always been satisfied with them. However, I placed an order March 8th but I never received an email to confirm my order, I tried to contact them and they replied with an automated email which did not answer my question. They already charged my card with pay pal but I don't have any information regarding my order. I am very disappointed. I don't think I'll ever order from them.

I bought two dresses on March 3, 2021 for an event on March 12, 2021 and paid for standard shipping (3-5 business days) and my package still doesn't have an estimated delivery date. I received an email from Fashion Nova on March 7, 2021 saying that there was a delay on receiving my package and that the carrier has my package. I waited 2 more days to see if the carrier would update the estimated delivery day but they didn't. So I reached out to LSO and asked them for an estimated delivery date and they were unable to give me that information at this time. We are literally 1 day before my event and I have absolutely NOTHING to wear!

Order never delivered
I order a package of 700$ waited for it the day it was marked as delivered but never received it. I sent the issue the to the company the second it was marked as delivered and they told me to contact the shipping company. The shipping company lasership has not done anything about it. Fashion nova won’t let me email them. I have security cameras that show it was never delivered. I have no way of contacting fashion nova because the website says they have no order with my order number [protected]. I also have security footage that shows it was never delivered and have no way of getting a refund through their app or website.

Fashionnova canceled two of my order without any refund.
I ordered two orders the 10 February 2022 (number [protected] and number [protected]) and they have been canceled. That part is fine but the fact that I never received any refund from them for a little bit more of 130$. It has been a month since they canceled it and just kept the money. Never gonna order from them ever again. A real scam.

I placed an order with fashionnova over a week ago and I never got a confirmation email but my account has been charged. There's no way to reach them as there phone lines says closed; I'm not sure what to do at this time.

Purchased two thousand dollars worth of clothing around December 2021 shipping to Australia. Since until then and now still have not received my order. It’s been over 3 months . I have tried numerous times to get in touch with Fashion nova with no reply . I was hoping the company can take responsibility of the order and contact the shipping department to track what has happened to the order.

Fashion nova has the worst customer service. I placed a order [protected] on March 4th. I noticed at the end of the purchase their system deleted out my shipping address and filled it with my old address that was on file. However I couldn't change it. No one answers the emails and the customer service number states they are no longer taking calls. They got 111.00 dollars from and no one can help me.
Desired outcome: No one has reached out. I am going to bank and putting a dispute in.

I have offered several times to be compensated for several returns and have not been successful. I have not received store credit for none of my items. The customer service does not offer any solutions for the handicapped. I would like some resolution to these issues. I have all emails regarding this information if needed. On 2/18/2022 I purchased 3 sweat suits from fashionova totaling $68.89 , my expected delivery date was 2/24 but was pushed back to 2/25. Lasership was the company that was responsible for delivering my package, I was provided with this tracking number 1LSCYJR000OKK4W. On 2/25/2021 I received a status update at 2:10pm stating my package was left in front of my door. I went downstairs and there was no package visible, I emailed Lasership about this and was told to get in touch with fashionova while they investigate the issue. I informed fashionova about the issue ans was basically told that if my order is not found its basically a loss to me and I cant get my money back. I cant afford to lose any money especially when its no fault of my own. I would like this matter to be handled efficiently and go through all the necessary channels to determine the issue.
