If you check my account you will see that I have never received the two items . I have contact the police where fashion nova is located and the better business Bureau. I also have the owner name Richard Saghian I will be reaching out the him to let him know how the customer service is and that you all are taking money from customers and not sending items. I have been waiting for my order since i placed it back on Feb 24th. I track it daily to see where and when it should be here. It is now April 6th and my order is still saying ordered. There is no communication whatsoever. I have a new email now and cannot update it at all. I just want answers and my items please or a way to cancel it and reorder the items that i still want.

I placed an order on Sunday but never got an order confirmation email but still got charge. I don’t have any information regarding my order and I also paid for express shipping still wondering if I will receive my order and can’t track on the website since I don’t have an order number I’m really disappointed and can’t get nobody to assist with this issue I’m really frustrated .

My order #[protected], was placed on March 13, 2022. As of April 4, 2022 I still have not received my purchases. I have contacted the Help Center several different times letting them know about my missing items. All I received was a credit for shipping as of today. Tracking still says it’s in Austin Texas since March 25 and it hasn’t moved since. I’m am trying to get resolution for this matter but have been unsuccessful trying to reach someone. Your assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

on Sunday 4/3/2022 I purchased a order using my gift card it made me put in a credit card so they had both numbers and used my credit card. I would like my money and for them to take the gift card I will be calling the bbb if they don't fix this I don't have the money to buy clothes it's the first of the month. I placed an order to fashion nova yesterday April, 2, 2022 that totaled as $83.40 but my card got charged 3 times for one the one order? My order number is [protected]. There's no number to call...why did it charge so many times. Can I please just have my money back.

March 6, 2022 I ordered some flared jeans form Fashionova and on the system my address suddenly changed to my old address. I tried to rectify this immediately but the order was confirmed and there was no turning back. I emailed them on that same day and 3 or days later the shipped out to my previous address. They have disconnected their phone lines and ignore email emails or attempts to edit orders.

I ordered merchandise using my return credit. The package was sent by FashionNova at the address provided, P.O. Box 246, 1710 Anderson Highway, Cumberland, VA 23040. However, the package was never delivered. I received an email notification from FashionNova that they would try to deliver the package again in a few days and if not they would return my store credit. Please return my money on a gift card. The package has been received back at the FashionNova warehouse. The package was not delivered although I have received merchandise at this address previously without any difficulties. I have not received a refund or store credit for items that were returned almost a month ago, This company has no email or customer service number to speak with anyone regarding my issue

I placed this order online and paid for express shipment which informed me that I would receive my order on March 31, 2022. I received confirmation last night at midnight that my order had just been shipped. I needed this order for an event that I am attending and now I don't have my attire to attend. Your website displays that when you pay for express shipping, your order is shipped within 24-48 hours after the order has been placed. My order was not shipped until March 30, 2022, late that night. Your website also gives you a confirmation date on when you will receive your order once you pay for express shipping in which I was given a date of receiving my order on March 31, 2022. I received updates from FedEx shipping that my order won't be delivered until April 5, 2022, which is a whole week from me placing my order. This is a form of false advertisement. You all are making additional money off of customers when they pay to have their products arrive at them on early dates and when they don't receive them; they are at a loss. I need my order today. I also need a manager from the company to call me back about this order at [protected] or I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Please, I need to hear back from someone today regarding this issue.

This has happened to me twice where I have ordered from fashion nova and both my packages I didn’t received. The first one they sent with laser ship, lasership said they ordered and never did, I contacted them and they said to contact fashion nova. When I did fashion nova said to next time try using express shipping. This time I orders where my package got sent with laser ship again. They said they delivered March, 16 which is a lie, because both the fashion nova package and another package went missing on the same day. Why do they send my packages with lasership if they don’t know if they are delivering right or no. It’s so frustrating at this point. So two packages w worth 150.00 dollars from fashion nova I have not received and I have not received no help from them which is so unprofessional.

I placed an order on March 11, 2022. It is currently March 28th and i have reached out countless times about my order status and I have asked for a refund several times also because my package has not moved at all and they have completely stopped replying to my emails. Nobody will contact me back at all. They are the most unprofessional company out there. They lack significantly in customer service and I would recommend Hot Miami Styles to anyone who wants to try a different retailer. Fashion nova scams customers and the LSO shipping partner is no better. If you order from Fashion nova, order months in advance if you need it by a certain date because they’re guaranteed delivery times is a LIE and they will NOT help you or refund you if you run into an issue like me

Company’s are quick to take your money but when it’s time for them to give you back your refund it’s an arm and leg to get your own money back and In A form of a gift card. So they make you spend your money with them even when you do get your money back.

Ordered in advance for my birthday for 3/15/ just in case of an issue. Still have not been resolved. The help service is a joke. You cannot get in touch with anyone through phone or email. My friends and I are a little hesitant about ordering from them again.

I’ve placed a order two weeks ago and I have never got my order so I contacted customer service but got no answer. I’m really frustrated and don’t know what to do now. Please someone resolve this issue ASAP.

I placed an order on march 18th 2022 through fashionnova website. I paid for express shipping and my package was supposed to be here wednesday march 23rd. My cousin placed an order the same day as me and both of our orders are to be delivered to the same address. She did not pay for express shipping and she got her package on wednesday march 23rd while my package was just scheduled for fedex to pick up on wednesday march 23rd. I needed my package when I was told I was going to get my package, i'm just now going to get it today... Fingers crossed. The label was created by fashionnova on march 20th for fedex but still took 3 days to schedule for a fedex pick up. Fedex is doing their job, once in hand they have 2 days to get it delivered and today is their deadline and its already in close vicinity. Fashionnova is not doing their job by having my order packaged and ready with a label but letting it sit for 3 days before having it picked up. I know fashionnova doesn't care about this part but today is my birthday and it would have been nice to know wednesday evening if the items I purchased will be right for tonight and not finding out last last min if i'm wearing a plan b dress and shoes... Rambles. I've contacted fashionnova and they blame fedex. I called fedex and they blame fashionnova. That being said, nothing was resolved. Email; [protected]@gmail.com

On March 22 I made an order for USD$89, I paid with my mastercard and used a coupon, I want to know why my order is canceled please, I want my order to be in transit again, since I need it.

I need help

I returned an item to Fashion Nova. I received a store credit code that can be supposedly applied to next purchase. Store credit code DOES NOT work. It is impossible to reach any type of customer service from this company. At this point I seriously believe this company maybe fraudulent. Will not shop here again. Business practice is very shady.

I have processed two very large returns through fashion nova, using their exact return process. Neither return was processed, resulting in a loss of over $500 worth of merchandise. I have the tracking numbers for both returns and tried multiple times to correspond with their non existent customer service. The same exact thing happens every time. Someone responds and says “oh we’re sorry! Send the tracking number!” I send the tracking number, which is received and literally no one ever responds again. I am beyond shocked a company so large can blatantly take advantage of customers. At this point, I believe they will eventually face another lawsuit because I have heard of this happening with very many other customers. I am very angry. And am looking at using a legal service for small claims to get my money back from this ridiculous situation.

I had an event on November 21, 2021, and so I placed an order on October 5 and received an email on October 7. Today is March 22, 2022, and I have YET to receive my order. I have tried many forms of contacting customer support, to no avail. I even went as far as messaging their Instagram page, and they gave me an email address. When I sent the email, I got an automated email saying that the account does *not* take incoming emails. I am at my wit's end, and I do not know what to do at this point. It has been 5 months.

I received a giftcard for returned items on 6/21/21

I never attempted to use it until an order i placed Tuesday 03/15/22 order number

I received the error that my giftcard is not valid, but when i check the balance it tells me the full amount of $42 is still on the card but if im unable to use it on the website it’s pointless. I’ve reached out to fashion nova support several times to no avail. Ive not had issues with the company until now but this kind of confusion will make you think twice when considering placing an order.
