Kellogg Community Credit Union messed up my payment last month and said I didn't pay when I did, which messed up my credit report. Today, I paid my mortgage and even added extra money to go towards my principal, but they still charged me a late fee. I always pay by the 16th and I am not delinquent. I wrote to them to fix this mistake ASAP!
