Carolina Foothills FCU won't update my mailin address after I moved with my credit card

Carolina Foothills FCU won't update my mailin address after I moved with my credit card. I can't use my rewards because the address is wrong. I called the credit card company many times and they said the bank is responsible for updating the address. I called and emailed the bank many times, but the address is still wrong on the rewards site. This has been going on for 4 months.
