Dear Farmers Insurance Customer Service,

I am writing to bring to your attention a series of concerning issues that have arisen during my recent experiences with Farmers Insurance. My goal is to seek resolution and clarity on matters that have left me in a state of frustration and financial uncertainty.

Firstly, I recently discovered that my agent, Mr. Russell Hausenfluke, had walked away from his Farmers business. Unfortunately, Farmers Insurance did not inform me of this significant change, resulting in a lapse in my insurance coverage. What exacerbates the situation is that I had made payments for services that were not rendered during this period of transition.

It was only when I proactively reached out to another agent, Ms. Amber Foch, that I learned about Mr. Hausenfluke's departure. Ms. Foch kindly took over my insurance needs, and I appreciate her assistance during this challenging time.

Additionally, I sold a property located at 1705 Little River Court, DeSoto, Texas 75115, during the time with Mr. Hausenfluke. Regrettably, I have yet to receive my insurance money rebate after the sale of this property, causing further financial strain and uncertainty.

In my efforts to address these matters, I reached out to Farmers Insurance by phone and spoke with Ms. Turriah Harris on 8/14/23. Ms. Harris provided her contact information and informed me of the insurance rebate due to me after the sale of my property. She requested that I send my closing documents to her for the processing of the refund.

I promptly complied with Ms. Harris's request and submitted the necessary documents. However, despite multiple attempts to follow up, I have not received any response from Ms. Harris. I reached out to Ms. Harris on the following dates by email:

September 14, 2023

Regrettably, I have not received a response to any of my emails, and this has left me in a state of uncertainty and frustration. Effective communication is crucial in resolving matters efficiently, and I am disappointed by the lack of responsiveness.

I kindly request your urgent attention to the following matters:

Immediate Resolution of the Insurance Rebate: I urgently seek the processing and release of the insurance money rebate due to me after the sale of my property and rebate of monies surrendered for services that were not rendered.

Investigation into Agent Transition Process: I request an investigation into the circumstances surrounding Mr. Hausenfluke's departure and why customers, including myself, were not informed in a timely manner.

Examination of Customer Service Procedures: I encourage Farmers Insurance to review and enhance customer service procedures to ensure timely and effective communication, especially during transitions and critical situations.

I trust that Farmers Insurance values its customers and is committed to resolving issues promptly. I appreciate your attention to these matters and hope for a swift resolution.
