RE: Policy Number: [protected] with Farmers Auto Insurance
On April 2, 2025 the agreed auto policy was $756 for a six month policy with our agent (Kent Lindley 2000 S Stemmons Fwy Ste 201 Lake Dallas, TX [protected]-1084 [protected]@farmersagent.com) with Farmers Auto Insurance. Which we paid in full on March 26, 2025 for the six month policy beginning April 2, 2025 to October 2, 2025. Drivers on policy were Fonda Gaynier and Charles Gaynier.
I decided to look at our policy online and found that on May 13, 2025 the Farmers corporation added an additional $929.70 which increased our policy from $756 to $1702 for six months. The additional $929 would be charged to our credit card on June 2, 2025. I contacted my agent (Kent Lindley) inquiring why the drastic increase to our policy. He did not know the reason until he contacted Farmers Corporation office and informed me that Farmers Corporation had added Shannon Gaynier to our policy retroactive back to April 2, 2025. The Farmers corporation did this without contacting us.
I called the Farmers Corporation and inquired why they put Shannon Gaynier on our policy, how they came up with that information and why they did not contact us inregards to the change. I explained that Shannon Gaynier has not lived in our home for over 20 years, married 21 years ago to Robbie Strauch, had changed to her married name to Shannon Strauch, has lived in Saginaw Texas for over 16 years. I asked them how they came up with the conclusion because Shannon has not be on any of our auto policies for over 20 years. They did not give me an answer
The Farmers corporation refused to take Shannon Gaynier (Shannon Strauch) off our policy without a copy of her drivers licenses for which Shannon Gaynier (Strauch) refused to present due to concerned about fraud. So I found myself stuck between Farmers Corporation refusing to take her off our policy and Shannon Gaynier (Strauch) refusing to present her drivers licenses. The only thing that our agent could come up with was for me to sign a form stating that Shannon Gaynier (Strauch) would not drive our vehicles which is ridiculous since she has not lived with us for over 20 years.
After signing a form stating that Shannon Gaynier would not drive our automobiles the additional $929 dropped down to $274.35 which is the amount Farmers insurance is charging for Shannon Gaynier for the two month (April 2, 2025-May 30, 2025) before I signed the form.

I would like all charges pertaining to Shannon Gaynier be reversed and only the $756 original policy be reinstated without any additional charges other than the $756 for the six months (April 2, 2025- Octo
