I signed up for health insurans during the open enrollmint period. I called back the next day to cancel when I found a beter plan through my employer, and I've been charged several times for insurans I don't want or need. I Life and Health Insurance Services is not good at handeling cancellations and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I Life and Health Insurance Services ain't good. They lied to me to get my money. BILLY sold me a dental/vision plan for $89 a month and said it covered everything, but it didn't. I couldn't find an optometrist who would take my insurance. They are scammers and need to be shut down.

This company I never used been charging me $33 every month for months now and I just noticed. I never agreed to this. Not sure how or why this happened. I think they might be linked to the company I got healthcare through, but that was a different monthly bill. But that's just what I think. All I know is I never said yes to this.

I signed up for health insurance with I Life and Health Insurance Services for a little while. They said if I canceled before 30 days and never used the insurance, I'd get my money back. But now they won't answer my calls, and when they do, they say they're closed even though they're supposed to be open. It's really frustrating.

I signed up for Premier health insurance and they said I'd get all my money back if I cancelled within 30 days. I did that, but they put me in I Life and Health and they've been taking $32.99 from me since March even though I cancelled. They won't give me my money back even though I did what they said to cancel. I talked to I Life and Health and they said they can't give me my money back after one month. This is fraud!

I hit up this company in the spring of 2020. They say they can help you find insurance, but they didn't do jack. They just kept charging my credit card every month. I tried to cancel, but their voicemail system is like a maze and I never got through to anyone. My credit card company caught on and stopped the payments, but then they started up again without me knowing. They take $39.50 every month. They look like a real company, but they're just a bunch of scammers.

I talked to *** on the last day of open enrollment (Dec 15). He said I was getting free checkups, prescription coverage, dr visits for $25, specialist visits for $50, and everything else (hospital, etc) would be 80/20. It was only $300 per month for my whole family of four. He also said I could cancel and get my money back if I wasn't happy in the first 30 days. I signed up for coverage to start Jan 1 and was told I'd get a packet in the mail in 7-10 days. (I never got it!) My husband needs carpal tunnel surgery on both hands, but this insurance only covers wellness visits, three doctors visits per year per person at a $25 co-pay, one specialist visit per year per person at $50 co-pay, and prescriptions (which aren't covered as well as I was told). This insurance doesn't cover any hospital, surgeries, etc. at all! Now I can't sign up for insurance anywhere else because it's past the enrollment period. *** won't answer my calls and Tom can't help me much. I canceled the insurance, but they won't give me my money back (they say because I used it). I wouldn't have known it wasn't what I was told if I hadn't used it, especially since I never got the packet in the mail. I asked to talk to management, but they said no.
