Famous Footwear

I was at Famous Footwear at the # 1710 Mesa Grand Shopping Center located 1809 S Stapley Dr Mesa Az 85204 And the associate was 234028, When checking out she asked if I wanted to use my points.. I advised her several times no that I wanted to save them to use for a future shoe, but they had but not in my size so I have to go to another location. As I got home from the which was 2 hours later. I looked at my receipt and she did use my points. I called the store and she informed me that if I returned the shoes that I would loose the points.. Very upset about the whole situation. I do not understand why she did what she did using my point when I simply said NO
