Facebook review: Temporarily blocked from sending friend request/ mutual friends missing
Hi Complaint Board, I am writing about a ongoing problem with my account I've been temporarily blocked from sending friend request for extended amount of time and I deserve to have my problem resolved so I can send friend request again but nobody will get the problem resolve they said they will resolve it for 50 dollars and I been telling them Facebook doesn't charge anything to reinstate a site and a new issue pop up yesterday my mutual friends are missing they are missing on my Facebook but they are on my NewsFeed I don't understand that
Claimed loss: The loss I claimed is not being able to send friend request and not being able to see my mutual friends I looked at my mom's computer and it was OK and also I checked my sister in law site and hers was OK so I don't know what is going on
Desired outcome: The outcome I want is to get my problem resolved
