I'm reporting a problem with my account I've been temporarily blocked from sending friend request for 15 days now I have reported the problem through different Support Channels but nothing is working I get a message saying can't use this feature and also I get a message on my Messenger saying you can't send a message for a 24 hour period and I can't change my password because of the block I feel like I am being ignored and my problem doesn't matter to me I have feelings and I deserve to be heard and to have my problem resolved I deserve to be able to send friend request again everybody else is sending friend request
Claimed loss: The loss I am experiencing is not being able to send friend request and feeling ignored and like my problem doesn't matter to anyone else if to somebody has a problem I bet they would jump to help them out why can't they help me
Desired outcome: The outcome I want is to feel heard and someone is going to have the decency to try resolved the issue so I can reconnect with my friends and family
