On the 7th November i bought a plastic shed off a facebook advertisment. The monies were taken out of my account on that date to the value of £105.89 ($136.000000) i have not recieved this item although it is now 7 weeks ago. I cannot get on Facebook for months my account is disabled for no apparent reason I fill out an appeal form and nothing happens they never even let me know what's going on maybe somebody will see this and help me this is my email from my [protected]@yahoo.com Originally my account was hacked I got it back for about 10 days I believe on October 11 and then I got booted off again I don't understand what's going on could somebody please help me makes no sense I've been with Facebook for quite many years at least they could do is let me know something

I have had some problems today, trying to access some Photo Albums, on my FB account. Usually, I can just do this by clicking on a forward arrow, under the collections, which will take me to the following set. However, after trying a few times, this function is not responding. I contacting the FB Help Centre, but I'm still waiting for this to work, as I need to gain access to run my business, and share images.

Plus, I have several Albums, so I know they were posted.

Whilst I realise other people may be having the same problem, I'm not very impressed that this hasn't been dealt with yet. You can appreciate, this is all rather annoying.

I will try to remain patient, whilst operatives get to work.

The notifications on when people like my post or replied to a post is not working. I have no idea why this is happening. If I look at one of my posts and go to see if notifications are on, I still don't get it. It just automatically stopped and I can't find anything in 'Facebook Help' that explains this or what to do about it so here I am, trying to use some way to get your attention.

I've been trying for about a week to change the name of my business page. This is a legitimate rebranding yet the request is being refused. I had received an email requesting a document with the name change or a link to an announcement on the page of the rebranding. I have submitted the link to the announcement on my page but the request has still not been fulfilled. There is no communication and the reasoning behind the denied request is something along the lines of it not being up to standards? At this point it would be easier to just create a brand new page, but I'd rather file a complaint so others do not have to deal with this in the future.

I am a long-time customer who likes to post and debate. I have a lot of experience with Facebook and being censored on it. I'm the average American that you write algorithms to silence. I've been suspended many times on FB and never given a chance to argue my case. Just poof and I am gone! There is no court. There is no justice. I was suspended once for posting a Bernie Sanders fly-trap cartoon! I haven't been suspended in awhile but 2 of the pages I post on have been killed by your algorithms.

Do you have any idea how frustrating it is to be censored horribly on the world's largest and richest social media website? It's very depressing. Facebook doesn't treat people equal. They have no customer service department. They are led by $$$. It shouldn't be FB's job to police the news. Maybe you just need people to read and sign a warning label before joining.

Could you please pass a message to Zuckerberg for me? And that is, you don't need to fact check, suspend, and ban people over news, politics, and opinion. That is what the comment section is for! Notice your fact-checkers don't argue their point in the comment section. They just get others suspended and banned. Damn Communists. Its page reach has always been bad. As the algorithms changed, sometimes it would get a little better. I had hope. Especially after I saw Zuckerberg met with Trump and went on Fox. I noticed that on the day he was on Fox, FB loosened the censorship a little for the Tea Party Tribune. We were actually getting comments and likes/not-likes. It still wasn't good...but it was a lot better. I thought maybe Zuckerberg meant what he said.

Then 21 days later, that page got censored worse than it has ever been. Our posts now only reach between 3-15 of our 65, 000 followers' pages, EVER. Then they are never seen again except for a miracle. It's not fair. This is not just. I think if you guys saw the numbers, you'd understand. Please check out our page's page reach over the years if you care about your customers. I click on your ads and buy things. I'm a good customer who spends a lot of time on your site. We pay for ads.
