My account was hacked around May 21, 2024 by some unknown account from Instagram.

My account was suspended and I can't log into it. Because it was attached to a random Instagram account I don't have access to, I can't do any of the online help, appeal issues.

I have emailed [protected]@facebook.com which is the last resort option I found.

I tried attaching a jpeg file, but it didn't let me. The screenshot is from Facebook and says, "Your account was suspended because your Instagram account bui_quynhtien26316219 doesn't follow our rules."

Claimed loss: I have lost 5 months of service, all my friend contact, and losing all my pictures and memories which are priceless.

Desired outcome: I would like to get access to my account. I would like Facebook to have someone to contact when all their online options don't work.
