Facebook Ashley12 store

As advertised on the FB website, I ordered a "buy 2, get one free" nativity set from Ashley12 store. It was advertised as of 16cm in height. It was ordered on Dec. 19, 2020 and received on Jan. 8, 2021. Not only did I not receive the 3rd "free set", it was grossly not as advertised upon receipt. The product was less than 2" in height and clearly a miniature set. This was not the product I thought I was ordering due to their false advertising. I have asked for return instructions and a full refund and am awaiting a response. They have a 30 day return policy. I would hope that FB will not allow this company to advertise on their website as this is clearly not as advertised.

Desired outcome: Full refund

Facebook Folding garden bench

I ordered an item that was advertised on fb (garden foldup bench). Paid through paypal.$32.98 on 12/04/2020. I never received the product. I rarely purchase from companies that advertise on fb, but because of covid/christmas I trusted this company. Its a scam and I hold fb responsible. I feel I am not able to receive my $back, but I do hold fb responsible.

Facebook, please do not allow these companies to scam the public.

Desired outcome: refund of my $ and remove this advertiser from you site..and advertisers like them

Facebook Anniecloth

The Pan Huiling company in China is operating their same deceit under the company title Anniecloth. I too found myself out of over $100 due to this wicked scam; and as well trusted them due to facebook allowing their advertisement.

Facebook, you need to track them as Pan Huiling and block them as well advertise to expose this lie. I cannot imagine the number of people cheated by them.

Facebook Account Access

I've been unable to access my account since March 2020. I've submitted multiple requests over the past few months with the information that was required such as Identification.

I received in response back in March saying that due to the coronavirus pandemic nobody was around to review my ID so it would take longer.

After submitting months on I've still not received a single response after multiple attempts to recover my account.

Desired outcome: Regain account access.

I've had similar frustration. I've had comments removed randomly. The comments removed were simple ones like comments over how beautiful a painting was. When I asked about one comment and why it was removed, Facebook put it back. I wasn't given any reason. I just saw it back? They are doing strange and downright criminal things, like using my credit card after demanding my drivers license to review my account, hours later my credit card was used erroneously all over the United States. The bank when asked how can this sort of thing happen? The banks first reply was: Facebook is the biggest offender! I was shocked. Then I remembered that I had just given my drivers lic to Facebook to resolve what they said was an issue with my account. They had been doing so many random and odd things to me since December of last year that I've had it with them. It's so frustrating.

Facebook Harassment by Facebook

I answered a post by another animal rights friend. I wrote stupid Africans . Meaning the governments that allow sport hunters to get permission to kill animals for trophy, not the people. Just like, "stupid Americans to burn their own flag!" my comment was a general statement about the countries in African allowing hunts for money and greed. There are over 10 African country that allow this slaughter of zoo type animals and endangered ones. I got restricted for what reason? I named no specific person, country, religion, race, or political group!

You wrote in a racist sounding way. What you should have wrote, "Those that go on sport hunt and trophy hunts in Africa are stupid for killing animals in such a way." What you wrote was racist. A computer can't read you mind or your heart intent.

Facebook Restrictions

I shared a meme from another page. The page used a quote from a TV show, and I got multiple restrictions placed on my account for a month as a result. It was simply a Where's Waldo/Rick and Morty crossover meme with a Rick and Morty caption on it, Facebook said it violated their terms on dangerous organisations. Months ago when I shared it, it was apparently fine. Now when I'm close to getting my previous warning lifted it's not. I feel this is blatantly unfair and want it lifted, as well as any subsequent warnings, as I appealed it already and got knocked back.

Facebook Posts

I was put in FB Jail for 24 hours for a comment that I was supposed to have made. Instead I was hacked yet I have no recourse but to sit out 24 hours. This is not fair that I have no way to defend myself against these evil idiots! This is against the constitution of the United States but I guess zuckernuim or whatever his name is, is above that. Actually they are lower than a snakes belly!

Facebook Complaints and customer care

I was locked out of my Facebook account for alleged inappropriate posting (nefarious activity supposedly) and though I can now again access my personal page I am still unable to get into my facebook business page that had a direct access to my credit card set up through Paypal to pay for boosted ad posts for my business. I think someone has hacked my email and gained access to the facebook business page to direct money from my account to pay for ads or something like that. I am unable to get in to check the page but another admin on my page did and sent me the ad transactions that have been authorised and none of the following are there. On 07/07/2020 three transactions appeared in a row removing $200, $225 and $2OO Total of $625 from my Paypal to Facebook ads. I have not authorised these payments nor have they registered in my Facebook advertising account. I have been trying to reach FB for a response since July but no help there as they keep asking me for info and then telling me that I am under investigation for inappropriate posts and closing the case contact each time. After one of many attempts to report or contact Facebook I was alerted a few days ago that my account may have been compromised with no further information provided to explain. My bank who I rang on the 07/07 told me that it is not their problem and Paypal also contact 07/07 have said repeatedly hat I need to take it up with Facebook not them as it was an authorised payment to an authorised payee. This is causing me a great deal of stress as I was in the middle of a fundraising campaign. There seems to have been some suspicious activity on my website / email around 03/09/20 and I think someone is using an old email address of mine to gain access. I don't know what to do. I have changed all my passwords and cancelled Paypal methods to ensure no further payments can come out. I am unable to access my business page which has been a disaster for me. I put in a complaint with Australian Fair Trading and was advised that they have no jurisdiction under Australian Law and that Facebook responded with the usual blanket letter in response to my claim. I have also logged a claim with Australian Cyber crime agency with no outcome as yet.
Orwellian stuff of nightmares. How many small creative non profit businesses such as my own have been heralded through the gates of social media advertising marketing, then persecuted and expelled without any justice to the point of having to close a venture. I don't have the energy money, time or the expertise needed to fight this battle alone and feel outraged and violated.

Facebook Community standards decisions

Yesterday I was laughing at a post a friend put up. A video that took place in Rome, Italy, a young man dressed as an elf on a stripper type pole. It was funny, it literally took place in Rome, and I thought it was silly and said so. Evidently someone at FB thinks because I used the word "Italians" in the comment about the video in Italy, that I used hate speech. That is the most absurd and insulting thing I have ever heard.
So the screen shows 24 hour restriction on my account "if I agree to plead guilty of Hate Speech. I did not commit any such crime and should not be forced to plead guilty to something so awful.
I am not guilty and so I said I wanted to dispute it. Immediately the restriction went from 24 hours to 30 days.
Just because I wanted to defend myself from this charge, I am restricted for 30 days, no way to dispute or anything.
I see friends and family on FB, the pandemic, and now my holidays I will not be able to share to them or wish them happy holidays, nothing.
This is insane, charged are guilty & punished for defending myself.
Please help me?

I put a comment on a quiz trivia site I got 10/10 and posted a lighthearted comment '10 haha gotcha' Community Standard pulled me up today saying it went against their standards! It was a lighthearted comment. They also said i had TWO posts against me but NO IT WAS THE SAME POST. Would love an explanation ad to why! If this is 'inappropriate' why is swearing allowed?

Facebook Facebook in general

My account was recently banned from entering any text on pages. Was told that I went against community standards. No explanation was given to why io went against community standards. I think Facebook should be renamed the 3rd reich. As they also tried to burn and sensor information disgusting company. If I was to put graphic images of people and animals throats being cut or supported terrorism blm and antifa my comments conveniently wouldn't of gone against standards

Facebook Marketplace

I am using the latest version of Microsoft Edge, I have tried using other browsers and the same thing happens. I had my bank info on Facebook and Facebook removed it, When I try to link it up again Facebook will not allow it. The bank info was verified and in the system for a week or more and then when the first payment was supposed to go in Facebook arbitrarily removed the information and will not allow me to re enter it, All I have gotten until now is canned bot responses, so I will continue to send cases until this is resolved and Facebook sends me the money it owes me
Additionally Facebook keeps telling me to link an account when looking into my payment settings, my account is still listed there. Obviously a glitch with Facebook that needs to be fixed, I have contacted the FTC and filed complaints with the BBB. Facebook is scamming me out of money by promising to send payments to my bank and then not doing it. CS has been non existent, refusing to send me the money I am owed Facebook Marketplace is obviously a scam

Facebook My facebook account was closed

I am a language instructor and thought I should have a FB account to stay in contact with my students. So I created the account, uploaded a picture and wanted to continue the next day. But, surprise, my account was blocked. Then they wanted a photo and a mobile number. I gave them the information. Two days later I read that my account was permanently disabled. No reason. My wife created an account two days earlier and her's is still active but now without her husband. What is that about?

Facebook Your integrity and policies

I am writing to you bc you keep saying I do not follow policy. Well let me tell you I have informed my attorney of my complaints other people make same comments esp against Democrats but if Democrats posted stuff about Republicans but it's ok. Again you will be formally notified by my attorney regarding your company. It appears that your company is Democratic biased just like this past election. You are taking my rights away as an American Citizen.
Thank You

Facebook Account access

About 2 weeks ago my account was disabled by FB. I used the help link and sent my photo ID for verification. I immediately received a message that my account was permanently disabled and the decision was not reversible. No specific reason was given. I've had no warnings. I am a senior citizen and this account is my only contact with family and friends. I have had this account for over 10 years and now have lost all access to the photos and videos I posted. Violation of community standards is the only reason given. There is no way to contact a human. I am really upset about this and there seems to be no recourse.

I have the same issue going on now. For no reason my account was disabled. I have tried contacting them threw the help center and i get a message saying that it can not be reviewed because it was to long since the account was disabled. I did contact them and sent my ID to them with the 30 days. I have not violated any standards and I can't get any help from them at all.

Facebook Access to my account

Facebook has locked me out of my account with NO explanation as to why or a chance to address whatever accusation they are making. First they denied my signing in for 24 hours, then they asked for a copy a an ID for security reasons, I did that. Then after a few days later asked to confirm that vis my email address and in that offered to change my password.
To date I still am denied access - "Log Into Facebook
Wrong Credentials
Invalid username or password"
I have no other name or credentials with them. I have re-entered this data time and time again and absolutely NO WAY to contact them because I cannot get INTO the account to do so. They offer NO WAY to get a message in if you are locked out in the first place. This is over 2 weeks of inaccessibility with NO explanation no matter how I am complying

About Facebook

Screenshot Facebook
Facebook is a widely recognized social networking platform that allows users to connect and share with family and friends online. Originally created for college students, Facebook was founded by Mark Zuckerberg and has since become available to anyone over the age of 13 with a valid email address.

The platform's core services include the ability to create a personal profile, add other users as friends, post text and photo updates, send messages, and receive notifications when others update their profiles or interact with posts. Facebook also offers a live video streaming feature, the ability to create and join groups based on various interests, and the option to create and promote events.

In addition to its social networking capabilities, Facebook provides a marketplace for buying and selling goods locally, as well as a gaming platform that can be accessed within the site. Businesses and creators can set up Pages to connect with their audience, run targeted advertisements, and gain insights through Facebook's analytics tools.

Over the years, Facebook has expanded its product offerings to include other services such as Messenger, a standalone messaging app, and has acquired other companies like Instagram, a photo and video sharing platform, and WhatsApp, an encrypted messaging service.

Facebook's services are accessible via web browsers or through its mobile app, available on various smartphone and tablet devices. The platform aims to facilitate communication and content sharing among its vast user base, which spans across a diverse, global audience.
