Facebook review: Account suspension
I am writing to request a manual investigation and review of the decision to disable my Facebook account.
My Facebook profile was disabled for an alleged violation relating to the sexualization of children. I take child safety extremely seriously and have never knowingly posted, shared, or distributed any content that violates Meta's Community Standards.
After downloading and reviewing my Facebook account information, I discovered evidence suggesting that my account may have been accessed by an unauthorized third party.
The account records show activity from the following device:
Device: HONOR ALT-LX2
Operating System: Android 14
IP Address: 41.13.196.101
Browser/App: Facebook for Android
I have never owned, used, or logged into Facebook from a HONOR ALT-LX2 device. This strongly suggests that my account may have been compromised and used without my knowledge or permission.
I respectfully request that Meta conduct a full manual review of:
The login history associated with my account
Account recovery events
Messages and content that triggered the enforcement action
Device activity associated with the account
Any evidence of unauthorized access
I believe the activity that resulted in the disablement may have originated from an unauthorized device and not from me personally.
I am willing to provide proof of identity, screenshots, downloaded account records, and any additional information required to assist with the investigation.
Please review this matter carefully and consider reinstating my account if your investigation confirms evidence of unauthorized access.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
