ON 4/2/26 i ordered glasses in person,received a text when they were ready. Went in on 4/6/26 to pickup & I tried them on and it was the wrong prescription.The worker said they would remake them be ready later that day. I went into the store on 04/7 to pickup but she said i owed another $#0 to get the glasses remade so I gladly paid.I asked about sunglasses but said I would purchase later. Woman went full on "karen mode,screaming, yelling "get out of my store you are never allowed in my store again we will mail you your glasses". I am a disabled senior and was horrivied and in tears. I don't have glasses and you have kept my money totaling $189.90 I WANT A REFUND NOW.
