It ook 3 tries to get my glasses and 3 times getting a prescription all 3 different. The 1st time they had my safety lens in sunglasses in upside down. it took over a month and a half to get my glasses, and then was told to wear them for awhile and let my eyes adjust. I couldn't wear either pair for more that a few hours before getting a headache. I finally had to go to another optomotrist and get different glasses

Claimed loss: 682.93

Desired outcome: refund my money
