I went in to the store in Hattiesburg MS. I made my order but was told it would be an hour for my glasses. I was tired so I asked for them to be shipped to me and was told they no longer ship for free Id have to pay for shipping so I paid the $6 for shipping and was told they would ship Monday, October 23, 2023, I called today and my glasses had not been shipped yet. They kept me on hold and I had to hang up and call back. I’ve never had an issue with this location before and now customer service is terrible and the fact that my glasses were not shipped as promised and they tried to lie about FedEx not coming. They can’t come if you don’t prepare the order for shipping.
