I had new lenses made. When I ordered them, the associate said it would take a few minutes to "pop them in." When they were ready, I came to the store which is approx. 20 miles distant. The associate spent about 10 minutes looking at all the boxes and finally located my lenses in the back room. She then told me it would take about 1/2 to 1 hour to cut them to size. This was at noon. I left, returned home, and called the store at 3 PM. "They are still working on it" I asked to be called when the glasses were ready. When I hadn't heard anything at 5 pm I called again, and they said they were ready. I expressed how disappointed I was that they hadn't called. So... a "few minutes to install" turned out to be over 5 hours, with no communication. This is not good service. It would be better if they were honest about the amount of time it takes. I drove 80 miles (back and forth x2) for my lenses. Not happy with this.
