EyeMart Express review: Glasses not received

On 9/18, I went to Eyemart to get three pair of glasses - Computer, Normal and Sunglasses. I was told that the first two would be ready in the afternoon but the sunglasses would be six days. I made a trip later that day but only the computer one were ready due to being short handed. Two more trips had the same excuse. I went again on 10/7. My sunglasses were ready. When I asked about my regular glasses, I was told that I did not order any. It is odd that they were being made on my previous visits but now they say I did not order. I remember sitting down and choosing the frame that I wanted because they said my old frame would not work. The associates I spoke with were very curt and unconcerned.
