My experience with Express Flooring has been a nightmare from start to almost finish. The initial installation was faulty, and to make matters worse, their crew broke my furniture during the process. They consistently missed scheduled appointments, leaving the flooring incomplete for over four weeks, which was extremely stressful and physically dangerous for me, as I'm a fall risk. After only 8 months, the flooring developed waves, which they admitted needed repair. But it took several no-shows and 4–5 return visits to get it "almost" fixed. I was extremely flexible with the installer’s availability, yet they still failed to communicate or show up reliably. The result? I couldn’t sell my home due to the incomplete work. When I contacted management, I was told the job was marked "complete"—clearly not the case. I asked for a refund and compensation for the loss of my home sale, but they only kept pleading to see the floor in person, refusing to accept photo evidence. I was days away from being forced out of the house, and they still couldn't send anyone during my available time before I had to leave. The managers response was he was now on vacation. Ignoring the time urgency. Express Flooring showed no accountability, disorganized, dismissive, and completely lacks empathy. Stay far away.
