Two weeks ago we had a sales from express flooring come, looks at the job, gave us the quote, and we accepted. They were suppose to start the project at 7 am today, the crew was here, six employee entered the home looked at the job, I assumed went out to start bring the tile in. One of the works came back, and said we don't know how to do the stairs, he said someone would be calling me, and he turned around and left. I started calling the business to find out what was going on. Each time I called they transferred me to a voicemail, I left a message each time saying what happened, and please call me back so we can figure out whats going on. I finally got to talk to Rosemary, installation manager, said asked me to send pictures of stairs, I did, no call back from her, I finally was able to get back ahold of he, and she said she would see if any of the crews could do this. The sales person who came to the house verified with someone on the phone, that the stairs would not be an issue. I took the week off of work to get this done, so not only am I losing my wages, bur the flooring is not getting done. I have read many articles about the owner Jerry, and I don't believe this is the business plan for Express flooring, I was told the customer, that does not seem true at this moment. Demolition crew damaged furniture, baseboards and walls. Work started on 10-26-20. Customer service has been contacted numerous times. Severals promises by Brett, Service Managers to return call to me for restitution. He never returns calls. In addition carpet installers were to come to finish off existing carpet where it meets the new tile. I paid $15,600 for this job. I just want my furniture and house in the same shape it was in before these people caused damages. No invoice numbers.

Never came back ..3rd week came back molding never installed cracked tiles in bathroom called many times to Bret and Mike who was very rude and could give a xxxx till this day work still has not been completed and I cannot get a estimate for when it will be... We bought carpet from Express Flooring in January 2016. Recently we noticed excessive wear in high traffic areas, waves in the carpet, and the pad underneath the carpet crunches when you walk on it. We called customer service and they sent out a rep who said they would replace the pad and stretch the carpet . He was evasive when addressing the excessive wear and wouldn't commit to any redress on the wear. We made an appointment today 08/13/20 to have the pad replaced and the carpet stretched. We moved our bedroom furniture and the guys did not show up. We made multiple calls to Express Flooring with no answer, no response. We are unhappy with the product and the service with Express Flooring. Remember their little jingle. Well, Express Flooring is NOT the best, don't call 800 Express.
Carpet installed in less that a year has wear on it. A carpet that we were told by sales man would not happen. Carpet has to be stretched and is no big deal. The problem is we paid for a carpet that has wear in less than a year and we are told well it is mashed down and is not under warranty. The Sales man point blank lied. Poor workmanship from start as they had to come back before to fix other things. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF !!
