It seems like they're just hoping that customers will send their returns back without a tracking number so that they can play dumb and keep the money. They never bothered to notify me when they received my return, and I had to provide proof of it even though it was already in their stock.

Needless to say, I ain't ever buying anything from them again. And, you don't do it either, got it?

My fiancé was working from home that day due to quarantine, and she was stationed in the living room where she had a clear view of the front door. Nobody came to our property that day, we are 100% certain of it.

My fiancée immediately reached out to Ever-Pretty. She sent them a total of six emails and received minimal responses. Some of the responses were automated and claimed that the dress had been delivered. They showed no concern about investigating the matter to find out where the dress actually was. This was the worst online customer service I have ever witnessed, and it left my fiancé feeling frustrated and irritated.

She even tried calling them three times. But reaching a human being was nearly impossible. The only number she could find was a US line, which cost us more money. She left voicemails, provided her order number, and waited for a reply. But no one ever called back.

Finally, my fiancée gave up on getting the dress and just wanted her money back. But even that was a challenge. Ever-Pretty refused to refund the purchase, despite the fact that the dress was never delivered. Reading other reviews of the company on Trustpilot only confirmed that poor customer service and difficulty obtaining refunds were recurring themes.

At this point, we were left with no other choice but to report the issue to the financial ombudsman. My father is a cyber-fraud lawyer, and he took on the case. It was a hassle, but Ever-Pretty's customer service was so terrible that it left us no other options.

Eventually, Ever-Pretty refunded our money. But it took posting about our experience on multiple websites to get their attention and demand action. This experience could have been avoided if the company had simply reviewed their customer service telephone and email system.

In conclusion, I advise anyone considering purchasing from Ever-Pretty to steer clear. The experience was incredibly stressful, and there are plenty of other dress providers with better customer service.

The dress was beautiful but I will never buy anything from this company again! Dress was to small, contacted customer service and that went great. Sent it back. Dress was received Jan. 30th by them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company. Looks to me like they were hoping I sent it back regular mail with no tracking so they could say sorry about my luck. They never notified me they had received it and made me pull the tracking to prove it even though it was sitting in their stock. They are rip off and scam artists! The dress was too small and I needed to get the next size up. I reached out to the seller on Amazon and they told me they couldn't do anything because it was out of the return window. I did not want to return, I wanted to exchange. They would have still gotten their money from me, and I would have gotten the correct size dress. I ended up having to order the correct size and pay for it all over again. They didn't like my recent review on Facebook about them and told me to reach out to them privately. I did, and they told me again there was nothing they could do and to contact Amazon. It's not Amazon's issue as they are a third-party seller. I would never EVER order from them, and I don't recommend to anyone else.

We are 100% certain that this was not the case. Due to the nature of my fianc?e's job, during quarantine, she was working in the living room all day. The living room is connected to the front door, with a view of the outside. Thus, she can say with absolute certainty that nobody came to the property that day.

She has been incredibly frustrated by the poor customer service and extreme lack of concern that Ever-Pretty had displayed. She has now emailed them 6 times. Most of the time, she hasn't received a response. And on two occasions, she was just given an automated response, claiming that the dress has been delivered. No apology. No desire to investigate her case. I would say that this is the worst online customer service I had ever witnessed in my life.

She rang them 3 times to attempt to speak to a proper human being. However, it is not possible to get through to a UK number, so she had to go through a US number; costing even more money. It just went through to a voicemail, asking for the order number and claiming they would get in touch. Today, we just received the same automated, uncaring, futile email, falsely claiming that the dress had been delivered.

She does not even want the dress anymore; she just wants her money back. I wish I had checked this company out myself before she purchased it, since reading the other reviews on Trustpilot, of which 47% are Bad', have all but confirmed to me that this is a recurring theme. Lots of people are emphasising the poor customer service, the difficulties in even making contact and the refusal to refund purchases.

I am now left with no choice but to report this case to the financial ombudsman. My father is a lawyer and specialises in cyber-fraud cases. It is a time-consuming exercise, but since Ever-Pretty are refusing to deliver a refund for a dress that was never delivered to us, we are left with no other option.

If you are considering making a purchase from this company and are doing what we should have done, reading the reviews first, I would strongly advise you to steer clear of Ever-Pretty. It's just not worth the risk. There are plenty of other dress providers that my fianc?e has used, and she has never had this level of stress and frustration from any of them.

EDIT: Ever Pretty have finally refunded us the money. I think the fact that I wrote this review on four different websites made them wake up. They don't want a bad reputation. However, it shouldn't take a public forum to get a refund. They seriously need to review their customer service telephone and emailing system so that it does not get this far in future.
