I ordered an $82 skirt and they were running a 30% promo at the time. However, I ordered the wrong size and needed to exchange. I emailed them requesting an exchange and went to their website to make sure they still had my size in stock. They did but the skirt was now on prom for 60% off for 3 days. I wasn’t terribly upset that I spent more than I had to because that happens but I was worried they would sell out of my size. They waited the three days to reply to my email then said that they don’t do exchanges and I would have to purchase the correct size and return the other for a refund. Ok that happens too and they seem to have promos often. Then I started the return and I was being charged for shipping again. So I would be paying almost $30 in shipping on the same skirt? Then I look at their website and now the skirt is full price no discounts offered. Could they honor the original discount? No! All they had to do was reply timely to my email and if I had bought the skirt for 50% off maybe I would suck up the $30 in shipping but no thanks for full price. Plus it’s such a hassle. Terrible customer service.
