I am writing to formally request a refund for additional baggage that I purchased for my flight, which was subsequently cancelled.
Despite the cancellation of the flight, the amount paid for the extra baggage has not been refunded to me. As this service was not provided, I believe I am entitled to a full reimbursement of the baggage fee.
