Very unfriendly Staff, no respect for customers. Including the Ground staff Manager. (That check Tickets) It was a Guy. Had to deal with 4 guys in total. was traveling on 20/1/2025 to Spain in the night.

Made me book a return flight even when I had the papers for my Residence permit for Spain. Made me dump one check in bag with all my clothes. then they Lost my Passport for an hour because the staff that was checking my passport details they had given it so some other customer.

Stressful, Lost money, Time and Dumped one check in BAG

Recommendation: Don't ever travel by Etihad in or from Mumbai .
