I have a member of EOS for almost 1 year. My home location is located in Coral Springs Florida. I am paying a membership that includes massage chairs. There are only 4 massage chairs at the GYM and for the most part at least one has a sign OUT of service. If I am lucky once a month a get to sit in a massage chair. Every time I make an attempt to go the "in-service chairs" are occupied. Today, two chairs had out-of-service signs and the other two were making attempts to work in the back part while the feet and arms part in both were not working. I tried to address this with the manager and the answer was "I can only do so much." The managers at this gym can only walk around and chat with the associates so even the associates don't do there work. The managers also do a great job hanging outside the gym and smoking/ vaping with their associates.
Desired outcome: I would like to switch to the $9.99 monthly plan without a fee (only because I love the yoga classes). It is not my fault that I am not getting what I am paying for so they will charge me a fee for going from higher to lower plan.
