SK Motorsports ordered two transmissions from Engine and Transmission World: one for a Mercury Mountaineer for $1,555 and one for a 2020 Chevrolet Express Van for $2,655, totaling $4,210.
It has been approximately one month, and we have not received either transmission. The funds were withdrawn from our bank account. Although we have received emails apologizing for the delays, we have been unable to reach anyone by phone or through the website to resolve the issue.
These transmissions were ordered for our customers, who are still waiting for their vehicles to be repaired. We are disputing these charges and requesting an immediate full refund of $4,210 for merchandise that was paid for but never received.
