Purchased an engine. The website did disclosed 3-4 wks. When the engine finally showed up, it was modified. We got another engine under warranty, after another couple weeks, but it had obvious damage. After waiting for so long and two un-reusable engines, I requested a refund. It's been over two months and multiple calls. No refund yet. They won't transfer me to a manager and refuse to give contact information.
Update: I've done some research and this company has have some lawsuits against them.
Claimed loss: Almost $3,000.
Desired outcome: I just want my refund and to let people be aware.
